Rhineland isn't the one attacking me, and I didn't give those bases to you, I gave them to the proper house.
Retreating from battle with my personal wing, and splitting it up.
And what is this about liberty letting me keep pueblo?
And everyone seems to have forgotten about horizon, oh, wait, they have to find it first...
scattering forces

Richardson:
1. Liberty is letting ME keep Pueblo, not you.
2. You know, retreating isn't always sucessful. i think something bad happens or something.
3. Horizon is NOT a hidden base. You or an ally needs to already have a hidden base in the system to build a hidden base in the system. As you never had any hidden bases, and you have no allies with hidden bases, Horizon is in clear view and fully visable.

Ok I found the thing about retreating:
Retreating from a Battle-
Once a battle has been declared by the attacker, then no more forces may be moved in or out of the system in which the battle is occurring. The attacker may choose to retreat for one real-time day after the battle has been declared.
Hah! Richardson only the ATTACKER may retreat. and scattering your forces won't help.
*If richardson's wing scatter's, one wing goes after every fighter*
you can't hide or run now, richardson!

Does anyone else think its fair that richardson can split his wings up???
And Rich, people namely me and triyun have already told you that you have no hidden bases. Dude, try paying attention!
Transmission to Chancellor Codename:
My battles:
35 MC VHF wings
vs.
19 LF, 2 VHF, 1 GB (all Ageira, the Evacuation fleet)
That takes place in Bering. And as far as I can tell, Colorado and New York along with Bering are locked, the reason being battles are taking place inside all of them.
I recall all attacks on Helgoland (currently neutral, former Rhineland) and withdraw from Dresden. Vogtland (really, this time) does go BOOM.

Transmission to Chancellor Codename:
I have decided that nothing more good can come of attacking Rhineland. You have as chancellor corrected the mistakes of your predecessors and begun the vital steps to change that will lead the way to humanity and kindness in the Rhineland workforce. You have stood the same test as other Chancellors, and in the face of the same struggles you have conquered. This day, when the wounds of Rhineland are healed, belongs to you. Now I feel that the Hessians are justified in stopping attacks and pulling out of Rhineland space. Congratulations, Chancellor, and I look forward to peace in the coming years

Hey guys, vote for CYOF's Man of the Year here!
I started this because 2004 is almost over, and 2004 has been CYOF's first year. So, I figured it was time to decide who made the biggest impact on CYOF this year.
So, VOTE!
