Taw, thanks for that info.

As i said before, i never realised how popular this would become. Although i started this thread, i don't see conspiracy theories as paranoia. Conspiracy theories i think are more intrigue.
Obviously some are rubbish. Any thing unlcear or uncertaian regarding high level actions are going to attract theories of sorts. For instance the Diana one is a perfect example. Some bright young bod says ' why was this here and why did they do that ' and suddenly the royal family bloodied their hands. We will never know about the diana one if the royals were indeed behind her death because it is damaging to the Monarchy. Some the answers are probably the ones we already have. Area 51 is just an airforce base, diana died in a car crash, we are alone in this world.
I did however watch a programme on the history channel the other night and it was about state of the art weponary the US built during the cold war. One was famously that levitating saucer thing (can't remember its name). What it comes down to with this is
a)Where did the idea come from
b)How did they do it
The stealth bomber is a fine example. We have the Farnborough airshow going on at the moment (damn planes outside my work!) and the stealth is there. It came over two days back and this thing was silent until you heard it right above your head. A plane like that must have been in development for some time before being released. Again on the history channel they discussed this. Some top american engineer came up with a black design with triangles and it suddenly reflected radar. The idea or technology must have come from something if you compare it to what we did have. There was no transition period. For instance we had LP's -> Cassettes -> CD's -> mini disk. Everything has a transition period not - Big ass plane that may as well be pink -> Stealth fighters.
Sorry for this being long. Apologies bout spelling and grammer. its late.
