hi, from what has been said about your mod it looks cool, but with the sabre all the gun hardpoints are level1 and when i clicked on the torpedo launcher in the buy menu the game crashed, just thought id let you know

I don't know why it would not be showing up, it does for everyone else.
Did you click activate on the FLMM? Then click on run FL Server.

Are you running another mod along with mine? I didn't include the weapons you listed in my mod. The reason I dod lv 1 slots on all ships is because the weapons I made with the mod are the best there are so there is no need to use anything else.

Hole in the Head:

Nay the guns are not that great. While starting damage is high each shot uses 10000 energy. I gave the starflier nearly inf energy, but it only has 2 guns slots. I made this so that players would not abuse this. Use these guns on another ship and watch your energy go down the drain.

I am looking into the bug with the NPC ships.

I will fix this asap. I can't account for what happens when you run other mods along with mine. The more powerful the ship the slower it goes. Else what is the point of getting less powerful ships?

The Enforcer:

All weapon slots are level 1 because my weapons are the best in the game and ONLY require a lv 1 slot. Why do you need to use any other weapon?

I will check on the crashing bug.

Please DO NOT run other mods at the same time with this one, IT WILL SCREW UP THE GAME!

Powerlevelers, UbErs, !l33t1 dOOds, will most likely not like my mods becuase I do not make the saber with 10000000000000000 guns and move like a starflier and make weapons kill anything in one shot.

You actually have to earn stuff in my mod.

Sorry if I'm not getting this but I read the readme and all I saw that was curious was the 24/48 hour reboot of the universe.It's Savako too .

Well considering everything is destroyable including stations, once you get a number of high players who get bored and decide to take out all the stations, then it will get very annoying very fast is there are say 3 bases in the entire game to dock at.

That is why I recommend a 24 / 48 hour reboot.

Lets use another example. A high level with a good ship goes into all of liberty and destroys just about every single station in that entire system. All the noobs are going to be real pissed not to mention not having anywhere to dock will be horrid.

I can show you this if you want. I can destory all the bases in liberty but one and see how everyone would like it

lol, that would be funny to watch but I'm still stuck in Omicron Major I searched the whole galaxy read the readme.txt and still stuck.

Actually the mod works fine with the AI NPC Shield regen. Just makes everything hard becuase they are moving alot faster and shields are regening. Quite fun.

I do like the way the heavy fighters are slow. And the Freighters are pretty sweet. Like little battleships.

My only gripe, and I mean only is that any weapon you find is useless now except to sell. Thoe lvl 10 guns from the Nomads and off of adrift fighters arnt worth anything. I kind of wih you would have made the hardpoints diff levels like 6-10 for a little more customization, but I can live with it.

The trick to help newbies is make new players start at a pirate base. RIght now they start as Buschunduh in Frankfurt on my server with the reputations different then normal and some money to get a decent ship.

Keep up the good work.

Also if you get too it, how about some commodities editing for drugs/guns/artifacts to be sold at more stations for more profit.

Maybe Make the battleships cost alot of cash so we have something to work towards later.

It was all my fault! I d/l'ed the latest FLMM and everything worked correctly. The only gripe I have with the Mod is the regen time/strength of the AI NPC ships. I battled one Rougue for over 20 minutes and was still no closer to killing him than I was when I started, and during this time a whole bunch of his buddies were trying to do me. I finally just gave up. I can imagine how long I would last against Outcasts, Corsairs, or Nomads. Because of this, I haven't played your Mod. There is little fun in carrying loads of commodities for a very small profit, and taking missions that I can't complete.

My logs show you are running some modified FL files that are not matched up with my mod.

If you running other mods and try to connect to my server it will screw up the game. Best bet is to delete and start over.

Hehe my mod already makes enemies regen quite fast and now you are increasing that even more? Shew no wonder you are having a hard time! Try running the game without your shield mod

You said you start them at different places? How? Can you show me how to do that. Also how do you change your starting money? I would be happy to do that.

As far as battleship they already cost millions and if need be I will increase the prices even more. I don't want every to have one and they should not be easy to get. I made it so traders will be using missiles to be most effective and that ammo resupply will cost them money.

To give a few hints as to what I am adding for future versions.

- Additional Sectors
- Cruisers (hopefully)
- Battleship (hopefully)
- New ships
- New weapons
- New equipment
- New encounters
- Epic battles
- Epic weapons (yes you can make them unique so a player can have only 1)
- Player assissination missions (Those who have pirate, police, & BH factions)
- Pirate, Police, & Bounty Hunter Raids

That is jsut a start. What I did here is lay the foundation. If I waited to release when I had everything this would not be out for at least another month hehe. SO yes there is alot of stuff for people to look forward too. I jsut have to implement it

No doubt you tried running single player fighting in the ship you start out with.

Did you know that in the SP missions the VERY first NPC ships you fight after they blow up the rheinland is the cruiser, are the ANUBIS ships.

Considering the Anubis ships in my mod are the 2nd best fighter ships in the game, YES they are going to be hard to kill since you start with the WEAKEST ship.

I played SP and I was able to kill them. It comes down to skill. I will increase the damage of the start guns, YET AGAIN, so that newbies can kill stuff in a few hits and have no challenge whatsoever. Will that make you happy?

You say my mod sucks cause it is HARD to kill ships that have better stats then yours. You obviously haven't even tried the other parts of the game. Did you try and take a mission? They aren't nearly so hard... Did you do any trade runs where you don't have to fight? Here's a GOOD trade route I created WITHOUT having to fight anything.

Battleship Missouri - buy H-fuel, undock, RIGHT NEXT to it is Baltimore Shipyard. Dock there and sell, buy toxic waste, head back to missouri and sell.

Easy enough to get 5-10K to get a starter ship on manhattan so you aren't so weak.

WATCH, I will increase the damage and people will say the game will be to easy now....damned if I do, damned if I don't.

I also get the same error, which is too bad...

i'll try deleting it again, and redownloading...

what is the correct file size, BTW? I get a 540kB file... is this correct?

First of all, I didn't say your Mod "Sucks". I didn't even imply it. The problem is, I can't play it. And I am not some NOOB. I've completed SP three times and have been playing MP Lan for a while. I've modded my own files to change things and I've gotten a lot of good hints and tips here in this forum. I'm an old man whose hand-eye coordination and reflexes were lost a long time ago as was my patiences span. Your Mod looks to be great, and I don't want you to change it just to please me. Hell, just send me an e-mail telling me how to change the NPC shields back to something more normal.
