Chancellor, this all out war, threatens to plunge all of Siruis into a conflict from which genocide will result. If our alliances activate, Bretonia and Liberty will be drawn in. The conflict will weaken both sides. Please let us avoid this genocide, I would like to propose bilateral negotiations between the Corsairs and the Rheinland. Both of us are the most influential powers on either side (since the alliance with Bretonia, is specifically Corsair, I am giving us the cover wilde, plus I have the most bases).

This is our starting negotiation position, you give us yours and we will come to some kind of agreement.

Our stance:
We will withdraw all pirate league bases from Rheinland space, in exchange, it will not try to develop in our territories. We would like compensation of two large bases purchased for us, for us to place on our own. However, you will in exchange get Vogtland and the Bundusch base, so you would be in effect purchasing two large bases for yourself. We'll start a trade route between our Sigma systems and Rheinland space then. Water and food from you, for h-fuel and metal for us. I think this is a deal that will satisfy both our territorial and resource needs. Are we in agreement?

The rules state, when you have someone controlling something, you should keep them seperate. The GMG should not be used in conjunction with the IMG, rather play as if you were two different leaders of each faction.

--unless of course you want to overtake the GMG. But frankly I don't think that's going to happen unless you get friendly with us and are allowed into Sigma 13 and 19.

Who gave you authority to lay claim to and give away MY colonies? No one! You have NO military presence in any of those systems, and yet you claim them when I have a fleet in one. Then, you give them away to PIRATES! I will not have uncivilzed pirates like the Liberty Rogues taking control of my colonies! I will not stand for this! If you wish to stay on good terms with Bretonia, then you should give up your "claims" to the systems of Cortez and Magellan. Of course, you can still have building rights there, but I need the control of those systems.

ON Whose authority do you say that Cortex and Maggellin are Bretonia colonies. Those System are independent systems. I claimed ownership of those systems. Everyone would keep their bases. I am doing it for economicle reasons. Beside don't you have enough systems to worry about. The Omegas come to mind. But no one gripes about it. So deal with it. any house could lay claim to them. I got there first. I do not wish to fight during the Christmas season. We have been allies for a long time. Don't let jealousy ruin it.
