To Pirate's League:
The Rouges do not wish to join the Pirate's League right now. However, we would like to be on friendly terms with you and we may join later. We would just like to stay independent for the time being. Thank you for your generous offer, it won't be forgotten.

Codename just so were clear, you accepted the offer right?

roc, if your going to follow that path, would you be interested in this deal, the neutral systems and liberty the Pirate League doesn't operate in without you being informed and given consent. Outside of that you don't operate without informing the Corsairs and getting our consent. Kind of a code among thieves. Outcasts and Junkers can also negotiate to join in the code maybe in parts of Tau and Omega Alpha and Beta.

So like I would be your contact in Liberty, right? I'll have to think about that, may be a good deal. What's in it for me? (already starting to think like a pirate lol)

Well there is only so much pillage, rifling, and looting that can be done on the space ways. If pirates from the league began practicing their trade in Liberty and the Neutral systems, you'd be in hard times. So we'll stay on our own turf, if you stay on yours. And since most of the League's cash comes from yours truly, we can make sure that everyone in the league honours this.

Agreed. So you will stay in the systems you operate in and I will stay in the ones I operate in. We will still be friendly though, correct?

We'll let Rogues trains and freighters enter into Sigma 13 and 19 to get resources from us for a mere 2 credits each.

Yes Roc, we will be on friendly terms.

Ok cool. Thanks for this offer, I think this may work even better then when I was allied with Liberty. Speaking of that, please everyone pretend that never happened. Pretend that I just started as the Rouges for the first time. That way the RP will be more realistic.

I guess you can kiss that Loyal Ally award goodbye, Roc. Now that you're a pirate, it would be mighty out of character to be loyal at all.

If any non-league pirate, smuggler, or revolutionary groups are infringing on your territory and you need help, feel free to ask us for help in that also.

Yup, but I picked the Rouges and they are pirates. Besides, when I tried going legit all I got were complaints.

Thanks Triyun, and if for some reason you need my help, feel free to ask (although I doubt you will need it as you are pretty powerful)

Grrr, I hate it when things get resolved ten seconds before I post on them.

To the Pirate League- Liberty's HF amount is almost nill. Would you allow me to build 3 stations in sigma-13 to harvest HF?

"Codename just so were clear, you accepted the offer right?"

Elder Triyun:

I said I was considering your offer. I have not yet agreed to any, let alone all, of the terms you have proposed. Your offer is better than many I have received as of yet but it is by no means the best. A benefactor who will remain secret at this time has offered me far more, and at a lower cost as well. Keep my current situation in perspective. Vogtland is no threat. I - along with every other faction in Sirius - know where it is and possess enough military strength to obliterate it should the Hessians step out of line. The Bundschuh? Frankly, they are not a threat. They have no infrastructure and would be incapable of mounting an effective attack whilst still defending themselves well. I may not have the co-ordinates of their base now, but it is only a matter of time. Furthermore, I have a base in Sigma-13 that supplies me with plenty of H-Fuel. I also have a hidden base in Omega-7 which greatly increases my metal production. So you see, my situation is quite tenable, whether you care to admit it or not.

Having said that, I must also stress that I am interested in the welfare of all my citizens and the citizens of Sirius. If I can avoid a war and remove the criminal taint from Rheinland I will. As I said before, your offer is good. I feel that it could be better, however. Instead of wasting money and valuable resources on transports and such, why not simply permit me my bases that are already in system? They pose no threat to you and do not interfere with your acquisition of resources or defensive capabilities. I would gladly buy Bruchsal and Vogtland from you but I do not currently have the funds as well. Perhaps we should declare a cease-fire until these issues are resolved?

I look forward to your reply.

President Leonhart:

It would be better to acquire your H-Fuel from a more reputable source. The IMG, perhaps?

@ Chancellor Codename: We will--for the moment--allow you to continue your mining operations in Omega 7, having neither the time nor the interest to find your base. Sigma 13 is a different matter. Release control or destroy Helgoland station (which is small, by the way) or there will be no ceasefire. Furthermore, Vogtland was never a threat and will continue for as far as we know to not be a threat. What is a threat to you is the might of the combined factions that construct the League.

Decide before tomorrow whether you will accept or refuse the terms. OOC: state at which station your forces are based.

@ President Gunblader: If you break your alliance with Rhineland we will give you building rights in Sigmas 19 and 13. You can remain friendly with them.
