President Leonhart:

I am heartened by the fact that you will stand with me against the aggression of the Hessians and their allies. Your forces will be welcome as guardians of the peace in Rheinland. I also notice that your Oxygen supplies, while sufficient, are not as strong as they could be. I would like to offer you some of Rheinland's surplus in exchange for Metal. Furthermore, I would suggest that you wait before expanding into the Independent Worlds. Our focus now should be on consolidating power in those systems we alredy possess. In the end however, choice is - as always - yours to make.

@ Codename: You can build no bases in Omega 7 or Sigma 13, they are League controlled territory. Vacate the bases immediately.

Guys, I normally don't get on till now EVERY DAY. So please don't expect me to post anything until around now. Now that Christmas is here I will have more time but on weekdays I cannot get on until around this time.

Sorry everyone, the calc does still have some bugs. Under "bases" the money for small bases should equal 10 times the number of bases (=B18*10). The money for large stations should be 20 times the number of stations (=B19*20).
Also, where total income for the turn is calculated change the term "C24" to "C23"

Please make the changes or ask someone to make them and send you a copy.

Turn 2

This turn I will:

A. Place 2 small bases, 1 in Omicron Alpha and 1 in Sigma 13. Also 3 transports in Omicron alpha.

B. Purchase 1 small base and 2 LF wings.

C. Here is my proposal: I offer an alliance to the IMG, GMG, and BMM in order to form a resource gathering collective. Any member of this collective will enjoy the millitary protection of it's fellow members as well as more credits for your resources since we will be able to rgeulate prices rather than squable amongst ourselves. Other factions will benifit by being able to purchase resouces in bulk from a central location rather than picemeal. You have 2 turns to respond to my proposal. If you do not I will consider you hostile. (Hehehe, the forget booze, the mafia sells H-fuel now

)

If you found the IMG for a new base you gain trade rights to those reacources
so anyoen willing to donate towards me for a new base will get what they need
(i.e. i can make more H fuel)

I hear that you are saying omega 7 is legue terratory i hope i am mistaken as the IMG operates there

@ OC: You will be allowed to continue your operations in Omega 7, but Rhineland will have to trade with you at another outpost. We will not tolerate Rhineland, Ageira, or Liberty ships in Omega 7.

@ VD: are the Outcasts part of the league or not? cos if you are I can give you my designs for bombers. Also, BMM and GMG are NPCs just so you know.
