Roc--your char's entire family was brutally slaughtered by Liberty. Come on, some loyalty to what you wrote in there is expected.
Chess' decision is less of a problem, just that he put down everyone except for the IMG, Zoners, and Rogues as being possible enemies. Now he's basically friendly with every faction except for a select few.

right...his family really wants him to forgive the people who slaughtered them. course they do.
I'll let that statement speak for itself.
Forgiveness to one is often accompanied by vengeful feelings towards another. It's like two poles of a spectrum. Unless of course your guy was all-forgiving in an enlightened sort of way, in which case he wouldn't be fighting for the Liberty Rogues would he?
@ Codename: damn monkey-wrench. I told you to respect my authorita...ya tool

I'll try to explain. He was overcome with rage at Liberty for what they did. He joined the Rouges to fight them and get vengence. But when the new president came to office, he realized this may be his chance to forget the past and join with them. They gave a full apology for what happened and he accepted it, but he made sure it would never happen to anyone again. He also asked Liberty to improve conditions for civilians, and they did. See Wilde, my char is not some common pirate. He joined for vengence, and then figured out the error of his ways. He had a change of heart and went for peace instead of violence. I'm not sure if you understand it, but that is what happened.

roc and gunblader, with you two, he does have a point.
While those bio's aren't binding, they were in place for the rpg to have some conflict and not have this pile on that happened in last rpg. With roc, you listed Liberty as a possible enemy, it should probably stay that way for a while. Same with Gunblader only the reverse. Those biographies were for the sake of having a good rpg. I sincerely hope we all try to get back to them.
