MS Excel should run it fine.

Once you've dl'ed it open excel and use the prograpm to open the file. Worked fine for me.

The IC are looking for an supplier of H-Fuel, we are located in all the house systems.
For the moment we dont have an freighter so whoever supplies us with the fuel has to to have an freighter too.
