To Wilde: Kusari will not object further to the base in Sigma 13 so long as the following conditions are met.

A. The base is declared a freeport and thus neutral to all factions. Rheinland would still keep any resourcesand credits they collect.

B. Absolutely no millitary forces are to be stationed at the base.


Kusari will abide by the same conditions for any future bases we construct in Sigms 13.

Turn 20

This turn I will:

A. Place 1 battleship and 4 VHF wings in New Tokyo.

B. Purchase 2 large bases, 1 gunboat, and 2 VHF wings.

C. Still waiting on results for my exploration and my attempt to capture Kishiro's shipyard in Kyushu.

D. I will move my forces in Kyushu (post battle) back to New Tokyo.

E. A warning to the Outcasts. The Corsairs are our allies. A war with them would also mean a war with us.

We are now selling water to any non- hostile faction for 1 credit per unit or 1 Oxygen per unit.


At the end of this turn I will have:

i see, so the peaceful democracy (lol) that was Sirus is now a Corsair dictatorship .

Move all forces from Sigma 19 to Omicron Beta (10 VHF wings i think), mainly cause i don't want a fight and because i like my sabres in one piece. Don't worry, I have big plans for the future (explore like mad lol)

OOC: That was the blood dragons turn, not corsairs.

"We're giving you an extremely advanced design, we'll consider the gunboats.

@ Blood Dragons: We are willing to sell you Gunboats at cost minus 10 credits for a total of up to 4 Gunboats. Plus upon success of the research we are willing to construct 1 Battleship for you at cost. After that we would be willing to deal with both the Blood Dragons and Corsairs to provide capital ships of Liberty Design.

@ Rhineland & Kusari: Liberty is interested in opening diplomatic dialoge to allow for a clearer understanding. and instead of cluttering up these boards contact my via Hyper-mail on the following frequency: [email protected]

I am deeply interested in removing my Peacekeepers from Sigma-13 as it is costing us in Defense and we are currently not earning the profit those ships would bring elsewhere.
