Actually, you can take Vogtland Base, and if Triyun isn't interested in the Junker base you can have that too.

So, lessee...I move 10 LF wings to help the Outcasts attack Bruschal Base. 10 LF wings will also help them take out Vogtland if they choose to attack.

Requesting permission to build a base in Sigma 13 for the purposes of mining commodities in that system. The base will not be guarded by any force larger than 1 VHF wing, 2 HF wings, and 5 LF wings, unless of course it is attacked. There are no military motives carried with this action. If there is any provocative military action stemming from the base, all forces will stand down, return to Rhineland space, and allow for the base's subsequent removal. Is this permitted?

@ Outcasts: Get out of Sigma 19, that is a corsair system, you may be our ally, but we will not permit a cruise liner to have unsanctioned attacks on it.

@ Rheinland: I'll be attacking Vogtland this turn, please send promised reinforcments, Junkers are next, it will greatly help our trade commission look kindly on Rheinland investment in Sigma 13 H-fuel mining. Also instead, I request you sieze GMG and ALG assets there, give one to us and keep one. Then agree to that specified small military force once taken and you have a deal. When your taking the GMG bases though, don't even think of going for the Kusari Jumpgate. Do we have a deal? Also would you like to trade a battleship a 100 H-fuel, if your short on it right now, that could be useful.

@ Samura Industries: The GMG has choked H-Fuel for too long, the corsairs give you free access to capturing GMG ports in our space provided you share resources with us.

Agreed. You may have Vogtland Base, and I will send 10 LF and 2 HF wings to aid you. I'll also send some fighters to help you win the Junker Base.

Rhineland will seize Gas Miner Naha and attack Helgoland station. Helgoland will be handed over to the Corsairs.

Sigma 19 is closer to an Outcast system (Omicron Beta). We will call off our VHF's attacking Hawaii but we will continue our attack on Ogashawa, The GMG attacked us beforehand, we are just creating a buffer zone. Anyway, Sigma 19 is a GMG sector, not corsair (as far as I know) so we don't really need your permission to occupy Ogashawa. A true ally would let us do what we pleased and poosibly join in. But...to keep the peace....we request permission to occupy Ogashawa, if not given, we will destroy the base and just build our own in Sigma 19.
