Rheinland you miss understand, I will allow occupation of the GMG base by half a dozen wings of Rheinland Fighters, however you must take the other station in system for the Corsairs in order for this to be allowed. No construction of new bases.

Kusari, I'm not allowing military bases to be built, a small mining operation I see no problem with.

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 4:29 pm

I'm back from my Drill. Thanks to Jacob for posting my turns.

@ Jacob I have two Research going for LF FA and CA results would be good . Also did you agree to the terms of our trade agreement? About selling the Arizona system to you for 50 Oxygen, 50 Metal and 50 H-Fuel?

@ Gunblade: You have permission to attack Rochester Base alone. Buffalo base is already targeted for attack by my forces. Once the junkers base in New York has been destroyed you will leave. If you wish to capture it. the largest force you could leave behind to gaurd the station would be 5 Light Fighter Wings. If this is not agreeable to not continue your advance into Liberty Space.

@ Tryiun: I am removing half my Peacekeeping force in Sigma-13 and redeploying them to Liberty Space. Operational cost of a fleet as large as the one currently deployed is hampering its effectiveness in its role as a neutral peacekeeping force.

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 4:33 pm

Damnit lol. I go and post and a whole can of worms is opened.

@ Kusari: should military forces enter the Simga-13 system without express permission from the corsairs the Liberty Peacekeeping forces will have no choice but to engage them under the terms of the Treaty between all party's for the end of hostilities in the last war.

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 4:45 pm

@ Sisko: Understood, unfortunately this does force us to reconsider policy pertaining to the restricted flow of the pass. We are forced to retract our policy to no military fleet is allowed to be stationed or engaged in combat in the system. Sigma 13 is now open for ships to pass through.

@ Anyone: Does anybody wsih to purchase: 150 H-Fuel for 300 credits?

@ Rheinland: Just so were clear our non-aggression pact guarentees both of us don't fight eachother unless hostile action is taken directly against us right? Permission to build a station in Sigma 13 after careful consideration is granted in exchange for agreeing to those terms of the non-aggression pact AND giving us free reign to engage against all non-rheinland military vessels in your territory.

@ Kusari: Permission to build a station in Sigma 13 is granted but half of all proceeds must go to us.

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 4:54 pm

Tryiun: I fotgot to say that since hostilities were flareing up again I was leaving my fleet in place with no changes. My mistake. Unless of course you are in a position to better protect your assets at this time?

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 5:18 pm

Oh, oops sorry I did misunderstand

@ Kusari: NO military troops. Not from me or you. If I built a military base, it would be attacked and destroyed by the Corsairs, Liberty Peacekeepers, and probably Bretonia as well. I was building the station purely for mining purposes.

It looks like I just need to attack Gas Miner Naha and Helgoland, so here are the forces going to them.
30 LF, 3 HF, 2 VHF, 2 gunboats, and 1 cruiser will attack Gas Miner Naha, which will then fall under control of Rhineland. The same force after victory will proceed to Helgoland station, where hopefully we will be helped by the Corsairs in taking the station (basically you owe this to me cos I'm helping you get Vogtland base). Helgoland will be handed over to the Corsairs.
Is this alright, everyone?

@ Triyun: I agree to all those terms. Rhineland will not attack the Corsairs, even if you choose to attack an ally in or outside of Rhineland space (that means that Samura and the Outcasts best not get on the bad side of the Corsairs becos I'm not going to be able to help you)

Sisko I am glad to here it, alright pass closed again.

Rheinland I will try and bring some reinforcements in. I'll give a little more time to Freelancer to post his withdrawl before I post my turn, and it won't be pretty for him.

Post Sun Nov 21, 2004 6:19 pm

To Sisko- I did not know about buffalo, but allow me to go to colorodo to attack Ouray base as soon as JACOB POSTS MY BATTLE AND EXPLORATION RESULTS!!!!!

To Jacob- If you did not pick anything up by that I need my battle and Exploration results.

Just asking, why are you attacking Freelancer, and where? I sincerely hope it isn't in Rhineland territory, but if it is I won't be able to help him due to the terms of our contract.

@ Sisko: Rhineland will aid you in attacking DSE bases if you allow us to build a small station in the Colorado system.

I'm going to wipe him off the map except in Rheinland if he doesn't back down from his incursion into the Corsair territory of Sigma 19.

TO Sisko: Can I attack Ouray base in colorodo?

Gunblade as I said before (at least I hope I did) Ouray and Beaumont Bases are under Liberty Control the only base you can attack and hold will be Rochester Base. Unless you give Liberty 1 Rhineland Battleship as a concession Then I will give you Ouray Base and Allow you to attack both Buffalo and Rochester Bases.
