vorticaldwarf - What are you talking about? The "limit" is a maximum of 8 bases, all totaled, per system (exceptions granted for systems that have more than 8 bases to begin with, which I'm pretty sure is just the capitals). And the "resource" limit is 3 bases per system. So as long as there are systems that are not fully developed, no, you are not at your limit (assuming you can get a base-building crew there).

Recently, our organizations have been competing for the right to sell H-fuel and metals to the four Houses. I would like to propose an alliance. The details are as follows:

1. The GMG sells H-fuel to the IMG at 2 credits per unit.
2. The IMG distributes H-fuel throughout Bretonia and nearby systems at 3 credits per unit.
3. The IMG sells metals to the GMG at 2 credits per unit.
