If the base is a small station, it's allowed in.
ANY, I repeat, ANY unauthourised patrols near Malta will be shot down, AUTHOURISED patrols will be allowed past.
You will respect our holy grounds of the Hispania and graveyard, trespassers will be shot. (we do not control the spirits with purple ships so don't jump down our throats if they attack).
No more than 5 wings of LFs are allowed.
If the conditions are met then I have no problems.
To GMG leader:
If we let you have a permenant mining station in Omicron Beta along with our previous conditions, will you stand down (don't make me use the VHFs lol )

Oh...and the 20 Rhineland LF wings have arrived in Tau 23. We're going to follow up with some cruisers and a destroyer or two...REAL, its too bad for you. Rhineland cap ships are the best in the game by far. Enjoy.

New CEO of DSE! The former CEO of DSE, Derek Hanson, has retired after six years of overseeing solid growth within DSE with few trouble spots on his record. The VP of Operations and Engineering, Hahukum Konn, has been appointed CEO by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors.
DSE shares remained unchanged on the Manhattan Stock Exchange, reflecting investor confidence that the new CEO will continue DSE's strategy of careful innovation and top-notch construction.

Although there is a new CEO at DSE, we remain committed to top-quality engineering and construction of the vital apparatus of commerce and travel within Sirius. The CEO will be sponsoring new initiatives to enhance productivity in partnership with Ageira Technologies by researching new metal alloys which are easier to fabricate, but which retain the well-known strength and resilience under almost any conditions that current trade lanes and jump gates are known for. Ageira's personnel will lend the necessary technical expertise to ensure that their lane and jump gate computerized technology will remain entirely usable with new materials.
We at DSE hope to slash in half the time it takes to construct a trade lane from start to finish, and while it would be imprudent to disclose details at this time, DSE is considering the possibility of upgrading the defence apparatus on jump gates and trade lane rings to more effectively defend the backbone of commerce from attacks by pirates and criminals. We hope to hear shortly from the Houses as to the best modifications, if any, to make.

B. Purchase 1 large base and 3 Gunboats.
C. Purchase 20 Metals and 15 Oxygen from the IMG for 55 credits.
D. Warning to all houses. Kusari intelligence indicates that the Corsairs may be becoming active again. While data is not yet complete it would appear that they may have experienced a change in leadership. The intentions of the corsairs are not known but all houses are advised to be on alert.
E. I'm still waiting for my reasearch results (ww2jacob must be away or busy. He hasn't posted anything lately).

In a bid to end piracy in the Rhineland systems, the government has surprisingly offerred conditional amnesty to the Unioners. The terms of the agreement are as follows:
If you
1. Cease all piracy in Rhineland space, and
2. Give us the Xeno base in Bering
we will
1. Give you complete Amnesty
2. Aid you in your attack of the base, and
3. Give you 2 bases currently belonging to Republican Shipping.
what do you think?
1. I place 1 VHF in Weimar, 1 in Dresden, and 1 LF wing in Stuttgart
2. Rhineland buys 1 battleship and one HF wing, coming to the cost of 160 credits/28 M/32 H-F/11 O/7 F
3. To the GMG: we need more H-Fuel per turn desperately, so we are prepared to send an extra 20 credits per turn for 10 H-F, bringing the total cost to 40 credits for 20 H-F. Are you all right with this?
4. I move 5 LF wings to Cambridge, which will arrive at Tau 23 next turn. And 1 gunboat, 1 HF wing, and 1 VHF wing to go to attack Dawson station.
5. I collect 235 credits plus 1010 from last turn= 1245 credits
