As thrilled as I would be to hear about freelancer 2. I agree with Tachyon, Can you give more info? What issue of PC ? A link? Something to back up your statements?

It seems I get that warning about every second or third post I put up. Well, screw it. I'm gonna voice what's on my mind, and if they have to "click" every thread I post on, then let 'em. If it leads to them banning me for it, well, I guess I'll have to accept that potential outcome. I'm tired of it. I wanted to say what I'd like to see in a possible sequel - so I said it. I don't give a damn HOW many people have discussed the issue before. I haven't. I will. And others.
Accept it or kick me out.

Anyway, this wasn't in a issue. Neither is it on a webpage. Has enyone heard of the man Greg from PC Gamer. Yeah, him and my brother were really close friends. I usally chat with him and He tells me lots of stuff. Not much, just as much as he tells his other friends.

He said that they got a letter, e-mail, from a MIcrosoft. Microsoft wanted to gloat about the FREELANCER 2! that was in production. They sent screenshots, rough plotline, and other specs includeing another gloat about the GREAT graghics FL2 will "have". The gameplay modes will stay the same, but it's almost all changing. They have plans for adding things like sub-quests for after the story missions. I saw a couple screenshots and I gatta say, it looks like Eve Online times 3. My jaw tried to hit the floor, but instead hit the keyboard and now I have a new one -_-

REMEMBER, NO REPEATING THAT STUFF.

Now you have to understand the situation we are all in. Most of us (not all) are desperatly waiting for a sequal and several smart@sses have been taunting us with fake FL2 anouncements, so concider this to be a warning. If it is a fake message, you will feal the wrath of dozens, maybe hundreds of angry FL fans. They will spam your @ss and hack you and infect your computer with the worst kind of virusses immaginable (J/K)

If Microsoft was comming out with Freelancer 2 why the hell would they keep it a secret? Hype sells games, the more hype the better. Let me know when they need beta testers.

Grandpa, Microsoft would hype up the game, i'm sure of that. But I'm also sure that it would not saturate the net with too much information. Remember what happened to Daikatan? They got the market in an uproar, and then they couldn't deliver.
