Go into a bar in real life, walk up to a toal stanger and say "Got anything for me?"

Expect that if, on the streets of your local city, your vehicle is being attacked by criminals, the cops will instead of assisting you, pull you over and inspect your trunk.

...you guys think of any others?

Oh, here's another one...

go to a job board, find an ad from the cops asking someone to go kill some criminals... and on the same board, find an ad from the criminals, asking someone to go kill the cops...

How about driving along in a van full of gunja, plainly visible, the cops see you, demand you pull over and dump it all, and then give you a good amount of time to make a run for it??

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

in real life can you really be friendly with multiple groups that all hate each other?
or...do the police pull you over, make you give your drugs to them and then say; "have a nice day, and dont do that again please!"?
or... smack your car into a rock at 300 mph and not even chip the paint?
or... blow up a car, run away to let there anger subside, and then act as if nothing happened?

Remember the market prices in ELITE? They varied by planet and were also subject to constant changes. Reality has gone backwards since 1984!

p.s. Reality = space stations you can blow up with a few laser hits anywhere on the structure???

...run your car into a telephone pole, send some nanobots out there to fix the damage, and you're fine. You'll still need a mechanic, for some reason, though.... the nanobots can for some reason fix your car, but not really....

What about tradelanes, when you use a lane and a ship drosses your path, you fly straight through it!!!
The tradelanes in Holland don't do that, you just go BOOM
