thanx for the ample sugestions lukr, unfortunately lately i did not have enough time to work and test the mod properly. my every day work is eating almost all my time..
i know is still much to be done and i'll do as much as i can in the little time i got(mostly at night).
About the cleaning up you're talking about, it'll probably take the mod of my mod allocated time to do it and it's so hard cause te mod is so complex and big now...it has 4 extra infocard DLL's, with a lot of equipment, ships, weapons, systems and other misc stuff added that makes this cleaning very difficult.
the naginata, the tempest and the javelin have their own power sources, and the damocles will have its own as well. it;s a very good(even bright) idea to make those occupy a lot of cargo space...i'll do that an maintain their 100 credits price. This way only capships will be able to afford these powerplants.
About the sabre XR carying level 10 turret weapons...remember it;s just one turret, while the capships have much more. it was an upgrade i had to do since the normal Sabre had lvl 9 turret and i couldn't upgrade the weapons HP's...already at max level.
Re-spreading the different weapons troughout the Sirius sector was already done, about the lvl 10 weapons sold everywhere perhaps you;re right but remember these have level restrictions so not everybody can buy them.
good ideas about the cluster these will be added in...it will use same energy/low cost ammo, and have a fire rate of only twice the orginals, but less tracking capabilities, on all classes(normal, homing and shield busters).
prices for the hellfurrys and cruise missiles will go up...a bit.
if you don;t wanna loose your damocles turrets, don't loose shields or fi you lose those run as fas as you can...
Ragabash, try to reduce the level of diffculty to level1(use level1.bat). do mostly strike missions against weapons platforms(no capships since these will slaughter you indeed). Get a better shield, also a shield capacitor an a shield powercell(makes shields recharge faster). Use cluster missiles on the stuborn pirate fighters and torps or cluster slingshots/catapults on capships ans WP's.
