Dock camping! (Screenshot enclosed)

Dock camping should have been sorted before the release or at least in the first patch, a simple solution for the developers would be to add aggresive sheilds aka starlancer for the duration of the dock and undock, that way by dock camping the saddos just end up blowing their themselves to bits lol.

fixing the problem by propagating it never solves the problem IMHO.

With Unreal Tournament, I think there's a Mod that makes players Invulnerable (but they can't shoot)
for like 10 seconds after they spawn. THAT would do the trick, I think.

Dockraping is no different than jumping freighters from behind, as you do.

Actually its different, because the DOCKING PLAYER IS A PLAYER, while the Freighter is a COMPUTER..

The players matter more than the computers seeing as how they are FAKE AND HAVE NO FEELINGS OR MIND.

Sheesh, Its not like they care that their getting killed, the computes. besides by killing NPC's your factions change, thats your penalty for killing them.

Dont relate player killing to Non Player Killing.. its just.. stupid

this would be best solved out if crunch didn't run to the boards to complain -you have none of my empathy crunch.- and we resolve this through a good ass kicking, bitchfighting once again does nothing.

And what's wrong with a hammerhead, anyway? I can beat most non-missile-obsessed players after a long battle - my manueverability is quite good.

Aside from that, the hammerhead is a lot more cute than any other ship of its class, it has good focus fire, AND very few people actually fly one (I like to be unique)

So, what's wrong?

Zenic, he was refering to players flying frieghters. And as much as I hate agreeing with crunch here, the hammerhead is da pimpinest ship in da game, but it definatly aint cute

You know what...I wouldn't play on a server who's admin let up the rules just cuz someone's their friends...I hope there are a few others who also agree with me on that point. Modding to kill people is basically flat out saying "I'm so sucky I have to mod to kill other people" I'm sorry but modding on an unmodded server is flat out wrong no matter WHAT the purpose is. Oh and stereotyping isn't that good of an idea either...

k ^_^ I'm pretty damn sure that the peeps at gamesnet would have some rules or something too keep their server admins from "turning a blind eye" for their friends. And if you have to mod to win a fight you must suck pretty bad (or your just insecure about yourself or something)
