I want to get the hammerhead

You can get the Hammerhead at the IMG base: Freidstadt Outpost. It is in Omega-7, and it's only $351 550, way cheaper than the other Very Heavy Fighters. It can only carry class 9 weapons though, so it cannot carry the class 10 weapons that the Eagle, Sabre and Titan can.

Hehe, I love seeing the same word twice in a row. It's so rare.

But back on topic:
If you like big ships with lots of armor that turn slowly, try the Titan
If you like big ships with lots of guns and turn okay, try the Sabre
If you like big ships that turn well, try the Eagle
If you like big ships that are underrated, try the Hammerhead
If you like big ships that hold a lot of stuff, try the Dromedary
If you like big ships that hold a lot of stuff and don't require you to have a decent rep with criminals, try the Humpback
If you like small ships that turn well, try the Patriot, Dagger, or Drake
If you like big ships with lots of armor, lots of guns, turn like crap, are overrated, hold a ton of stuff, and don't require u to have a decent rep with criminals, try a Gunboat, Cruiser or Battleship with The Next Generation Mod .

And I think that TNG is unbalanced (i love saying that )

I've flown both the Titan and Eagle and found the Eagle turns faster in battle and is better for out flanking (turning against) your enenmy.

OK heres my opinion as if anyone really cares.
Get a little extra cash together, and save game eagle
then get a titan and save game titan
then get a sabre and save game sabre then you can test fly each ship at your plesure and then decide, personly i prefere the eagle out of the 3 nuff said.


Nice to get out of that stinking city of titan and have some room to move around in, anyone having a HardWaR?

i would get a titan if i was you its got best fire power best shield bats and bot
you can get a titan from ommicron gamma i think

Titan is more like a tank, that can survive extrem difficult places (Radiation+ mine fields in omega41)

Sabre is more like mil Jeep, with extrem fire power, it still can handle difficult places (border worlds)

Eagle is the VHF farari
its for civilian Escort to protect the frighters in the border and Edge worlds.

aother comparing:

Titan is the elephant
Sabre is the Camel
Eagle is the horse

anyway I found that Eagle is the better ship in 1v1 (in normal space).

Depends on your piloting style- if running around blasting every last AI in the game in 1-3 hits is your idea of fun, go for one of the Class 10 ships. Of those, the Eagle has the maneuverability, the Sabre the firepower, and the Titan the armor.

Maneuverability: Eagle>Sabre>Titan
Firepower(placement of rear turret): Sabre>Eagle>Titan
Armor: Titan>Sabre>Eagle

If it isn't your cup of tea to Pwnz0r everything in your path with little to no effort, I'd suggest one of the mid-level HF's or LF's, such as the Drake, Banshee, Siletto, or Falcon. If you're really the adventurous type, you could always go back and use something like a Starflier or Patriot- every kill is harder, but more rewarding at the end.

Or, if killing just isn't for you, go trade.

Sabre = Most Firepower
Eagle = Most Maneuverable

I love titan
I prefer Eagle

um...yes this should go in fav ship..but anyone got the evolutions mod? u really really should...and...to all those who think its hard...what r u talking about? anyway....a ship in there is my fav...called Ghost...here's that stats...

i can out run missiles with thrusters on...yes MISSILES :p

of course...one hit with any of the "secret" weapons and i die ... but i dont get hit often...

The Sabre is the best! Look it got 2nd for everything except where it got first! The others got a different postition in each catagory.
