That's just whay I would like to see...not meaning it's what I think will happen.

The alliance cracks open one of the Dom Kavosh hyper lanes and launches an all out assault on the unsuspecting coalition. Will play like wing commander as there will be no bases, just assault and defend missions from carriers/battleships. Or upon arriving they find the coalition in a brutal war with the nomads. This will require both coalition and alliance to unite to destroy the new nomad presence giving us access to many new clases of ships/weapons.

Trent falls in love with one of those nomad parasittes.
After the wedding night they have 3.5 childeren and live happily ever after
Untill Trent finds out it's a nomad habit to castrate married men.

Juni is devolving a drinking problem after spending too much time in the Manhattan bar waiting for a job.

As long as they don't bring back the Coalition. I personally feel that would be a cop out after 800+ years in Sirius without hearing a peep from those commie pinko's!!

I do hope they bring the Nomads back for the expansion (and there will be an expansion...say it with me...there will be...!) however I hope they flesh them out a lot more.

I actually Believe Trent, Juni, And Company will all head back to the Sol System and Kick the Colations Butts...What i ACTUALLY think will happen will be probably the same (return to Sol System) but we wont have Trent, Juni, or anyone we will be forced to use level 1 dweebs

Aside from that, I think either something will happen with Sol (assuming it's still there) or we'll get sent through a Hypergate and have some sort of thing with the Dom'Kavash.

Hell, for all we know, the Kavash will turn out to be good guys. Maybe they'll be involved in some sort of intergalactic war and enlist the aid of humankind...remind anyone of the twisting relationships you have with the aliens in Hegemonia?

Then again, maybe we'll come into a Dom Kavash system, only to immediately have Trent snatched for "study" by the Kavash =P

Who cares what happens in the expansion so long as there is more than one SP campaign that you have to find. Like find the Kavash lane to the Nomads new sphere, then go hunting for the 3 lost sleeper ships, then reinvade Coallition held Sol System.

One of the rumours said that there were a total of 8 sleeper ships launched by the Alliance, however the intro and the fact it isn't mentioned anywhere else prove that the rumour is false.

Freighter missions, i mean, when you purshased a freighter, you go into the bar and instead of fighting missions you can find freighter missions, take this shipment to that system and so on.
