Tell us why Hispania was ditched (comedic)

The Spanish and Mexicans started eating chilis and there soon was a gas problem (not necessarily inter-related). Many dressed in anti-gas suits but the problem became so bad some even fled the ship! A young officer who had popped some C pills was desperate for air. He decided that opening the airlock would send some of that "whacked out black space stuff" into the ship to freshen it up. Nowadays, be careful when flying inside the hull: there are still gas pockets there.

It was discovered that a large proportion of the crew were infact lager louts who had just happened to be on a pub crawl on the Costa del Sol when picking for the crew were made there. As they passed the Bretonia (reading backstory it was slightly damaged escaping the Coalition) they threw those out of the airlock back at the people they had originally come from. Naturally the Bretonians didnt like that and so just decided to blow up the Hispanias engines in revenge.

LOL, that's a good one Sybot.
That might explain why the Dutchies were left out.
