Indy - Bah! Your sources are once again flawed, as that is clearly not Esquilaxitavia. Where are the grassy rolling hills and neat brick-lined burrows? Just look at those skyscrapers in the background; Esquilaxitavia would not have the means, nor the desire to build them. We prefer to be close to, or preferably under, the ground. I really think that your investigative photo-journalists (if they can so be called) need more training. Esquilaxitavia has many good universities you know, and we may be able to come up with some sort of arrangement. After all, we had a minor coup with the whole Swiss-Partition debacle .

The SwissDruLandian Megalithic Stock Exchange has been in a slight down turn in recent months due to a shortage of tartan to the global fashion houses so I have decided to expand our enterprises and reduce my exposure to a single market.

DL has agreed to allow SwissDru Enterprises to convert our chain of Lada Emproium in the Former Republik of Tawaklanastan into a SooperDooper Cafe specialising in the now locally favoured GB beverage.

As a first step in this endavour we have sealed a steady supply of the liquid refreshment from T.D.Corp which for some strange reason controls 45% of the GB shares on the NooDworkian NARFdaq.

In order to finance this venture SwissDru Enterprises will be asking for some of its valued debtors to make good on outstanding sums owing to our various divisions.

One such debt will be the amount equalling the budget of a small Island Nation currently owed by one Mr Tawaklana to Turban Turbines our executive V.I.P. airline. The debt covers not only the transportation of The Man himself but also the cost of the 350 seat 747 chartered to carry his enterage including Harem and Serants in the latter days of his Republik to his current sea-side location.

Another outstanding debt (and we mean outstanding ) is that owed for the conversion of 200 standard Lada Riva 1400 Estate Vehicles to be equipped with armour plating and 50mm gun mounts and finished in Metallic Sand paint with 24 karat gold Lada Logo.

We would like to thank Mr Towelclanger for his valued custom and look forward to satisfying his needs in all areas of transportation well into the future. We would also like to state that this has absolutely nothing to do with the free IT services recently offered to SwissDru Enterprises from Esqilurksian authorities.

oh, that! you must forgive me, I've been enjoying myself so much at the Habeeb-Habeeba Golden Oasis Hotel that it kind of slipped my mind. Thankfully, I was impelled by divine intervention to spend an evening at the roulette tables with my two lovely assistants Soraya and Hameeda (I refer to their pious virtues of course) and was rewarded for my efforts with a rather large win at the Indycorp private casino..

This all sounds a bit "under-the-table" even by my covert standards. Just let me get this straight:

1: Indy Corp and the head of the Swiss Bank are known to have lunched in the Business District of NooDworkia.

2: Swiss Dru himself has made his fortune largely due to the vast amounts of vehicles ordered by the former Tawaklanistanian Regiem in it's war against the bunny Esquilax.

3: Taw himself is residing in an Indi Corp luxury hotel.

4: Now Swiss Dru is expanding his Vampiric Capitalist Empire by going into business with Lard Ear.

this I find difficult to swallow but...THIS...

5: The expansion of SwissDru Enterprises is being funded by monies paid by Taw which he "won" (yeh right) on a gambling spree in a hotel owned by Indy Corp.

6: Indy Corp hotels are bank-rolled by the Swiss Bank.

SO?

7: Swiss just paid Indy to give Taw money so that Taw could pay Swiss to go into business with Esqui?

...and...

8: Taw gives the left over Swiss cash to Swiss so that he can buy more armoured vehicles so that he can continue the war he is having with Swiss' new business partner.

???

Have I got that right?

Would that be something like a country sending its military forces into a campaign which is motivated on economic gain rather than any moral idiology only to end up fighting an enemy which was it's ally when economics and politics suited and is still armed (for want of a better word) with weapons supplied by the very same force which now wages war against it?

not entirely but you kind of have the gist of it. Indycorp and Swiss Dru Enterprises both make money out of the ongoing conflict, as do i having stock in both conglomerates via a variety of "front" companies and offshore trusts. It's therefore in all our interests for reason economic and political/social to maintain a state of permanent war so that we can have nice holidays on Indycorp's private islands. I don't mind either or both parties arming/financing the Esquilurxians as i get a kickback anyway <sheesh> where've you been, guy?
