Hey Eskie, I''m huntin'' Wabbitsees!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

So things are going well for you then, eh "Tors"? That's great, although I don't expect it to last. Your act of shunning the ex-Mullah of Tawakalnistan could lead to... complications later on. Taw doesn't like turncoats, and you certainly qualify (at least in his view). The forces of Esquilaxitavia don't care either way, but I'd keep an eye out for any of Taw's "Peace Squads" when you are out walking (see staggering) home from the pub of an evening .

Not so much a turn coat really, he no longer required my services as the special op I was contracted to fulfill was fulfilled. No longer in the employ of the most high mullet ohter sources of income were required. I have moved to Insurance Salesman Central and have devised a special rate of motor cover dedicated to sand coloured Lada Riva with 50 cal guns mounted. I believe Druid sold Taw quite a large consignment of same.

Also I have bought shares in GB stocks, the same Lada have been converted to run on GB and are getting good returns too, they can cross a small principality on one fill. So whether you or Towel win this war of attrition my share prices are safe.

Ah lucre and profit. *wipes eyes*

I am overcome.

Well, considering that Esquilaxitavia owns controlling GB interests in virtually all GB companies, remember who has the REAL power here. Indeed, with our widespread share porfolio in different GB-producing companies, we could easily survive a drop in GB share prices for the company that you have invested in thus costing you significant amounts of legal tender. Just bear that in mind "Tors"...

Yes... I have acquired much Capitalist knowledge from my observation of the Insurance Man. "Know thine enemy" indeed.

What's this, Esky? You try to get me to 'dance' and yet you deny that your people worship the Play-Bunny?

I found your comment as rude as this one:

*Looks as the "Dawg" suspiciously* Are you sure that you haven't contracted "Wolfyism"? Your posts are making increasingly less sense as time goes by. *Shakes head*

Hmmm, perhaps someone spiked his GB?

Anyway, your threat to destablise my share prices is spurious. I am not daft enough to have put all my eggs in the one basket so to speak. As you know my background is in covert ops and espionage. The T.D.CoOp actually first invested heavily in companies specialising in the cultivation of oriental spices around the world, concentrating on India, Jamaica and China but also Australia. Once we had a controlling interest on the board of the bigger players we could control the cultivation and sale of their product including of course "ginger crops". Once we had that under our control we bought smaller stakes in a broad range of GingerBeer producers thus spreading our bets on the end product.

Today GB, tomorrow a small corner of the world that nobody wants!!!!*muhahahaha*

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 3:09 am

Bah! We grow our own special organic ginger here in Esquilaxitavia! We have no need of your cheap Chinese imports! As GB is a pure beverage, your chemically-treated inferior ginger is of no use to us! And when do you plan to reveal your secret identity, hmmm? Throw off your cloak of mystery!

And where the hell is the Mullah? If he doesn't turn up soon, we'll be stuck with a thread that's all about me!

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 3:28 am

Shoooorely you would not want me reavealed to the world (not a pretty sight) and ruin the mysitque of the thread? Anyway, it is more fun having folks think you are talking to yourself.

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 5:19 am

that would be a shame wouldnt it, a whole thread devoted to eskie? oh wait, its already here.

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 6:15 am

My posts make less sense? As some soul had the good sense to point out, we've thrown Freelancer in the dirt and moved on to be rousing members of "The Esquilax Reactor". Instead of discussing important issues like OT used to, you, or Tors, or whomever has created a thread that will, in a few days time set the record for the most posts in a single thread. Not senseless enough? I'm just trying to make logical contributions to discussion of critical world issues (i.e. Battlestar Galactica) while in your spare time, you've founded a spare country in that hare-brain of yours, declared and made war on a distant Islamic republic, and begun advertising non-alcoholic drinks to one of the most frequently visited sites on the internet. Who's the non-sensical one here?

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 6:31 am

The annual sales of GB in Noo Dworkia are marginal if noticeable, fast outpaced by other more delectable effervescent beverages of both the honestly alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.

A monopoly in the GB trade is a monopoly in nothing, Mr. Horsey-Hare.

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 7:53 am

@Dawg: So what's your point?

@Indy: Although the actual sales of GB in NooDworkia are marginal the shares trading on the ND stock exchange, the NARFdaq, are phenomenal at present. After the recent success of Shrek and it's sequal the increase in global production of Ginger Bread men has put added competition on the limited ginger resources. With the elongated war between Towelclangerstan and Equilaxativia and the military Lada vehicles using GB on one side and troops using it on the other I have nothing but confidence that the GB era will out perform the infamous "dotcom" by a long way. I am at this point a confidence man.

Ahh, your hand is shown, Esquilax Denneti! That post was specifically addressed to the bunny boy, and yet you reply.... the dual identity is revealed!

Post Thu Oct 19, 2006 6:40 pm

*Sigh* Tors is not me, foolish human. As I said, check the posting times for all of Tors' posts. In addition, I do not use three identical smilies in a row, as I believe that it is overkill.

As for your specific comments, the OT forum is not the FL forum, hence any appropriate topic, including strange rabbit-horse hybrids, is acceptable. As for "important issues", to what do you refer? Due to the strictures that are in place that prevent the discussing of many topics such as politics, etc, what would you have us discuss? There's already a BSG thread, and you can create as many threads as you wish. I'm not stopping you. It's not my fault that you can't think of any good topics . As for setting a record, is that a bad thing? Taw and I (among others) are providing a community service. Just look at all the comedic gold that exists within the 42 pages of this thread! As for being non-sensical, well, I think that my posts (and yours) speak for themselves.
