Green Day or Linkin Park
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Into Eternity isn't Breaks.
If anyone wants to hear the stuff I like, two great sources of 100% legal free downloads are:
Hybridized.org and Mixdepot.net
Check 'em. Just be aware of the fact that the downloads are fairly huge (often over 100 MB for half a mix!) so if you're not careful you may fill your hard drive really fast.

hmmm... With this one, I would have to go with linkin. Hybrid Theory was probably one of their best albums. but their EP was one of the best sounding EP's i've heard. really professional sounding.
but the artists im into:
lostprophets
Element Eighty
Static X
The Music
Butterfingers
NIN (thanks to jake/love shark on that one)

Ugh...Rebirthing a thread that was about two terrible bands in the first place...I won't lock this, but only because I'm too lazy...But...Ugh...Get your hands on some real music...May I recommend The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead or possibly Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation ...

I really wish people didn't get so uptight and angry when people mention bands they don't like. It's only music, and it's only someone else's preferance. Alright, we get it already, you don't like it, no need to go on and on about how the other people are inferior or fit into some sort of derogatory stereotype for liking them. The elitism in not liking the "unbearable" mainstream bands is quite amusing. It's like TV, if you don't like it, simply turn off. What's that you say? You can't control what's on your favourite radio station? Well then I thought you didn't listen to that "loser" mainstream radio.
As for Mike Shinoda's side project, yeah I like a few of their songs too. Quite good for a first time spin-off, no matter how mainstream it is.

I love Linkin' Park. When Chester sings(?) the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
Meteora is a fab album and is great for working-out too! :p
Absolutely hated the Jay-Z collaboration on Numb, they should have left the song alone.
I like Green Day too (Wake Me Up When September Ends is lush). Well, their recent album I qualify as 'easy listening' :p

Balthazar, thank you for voicing your opinion, now let us voice ours.
And I don't know about where you guys are, but I live in one of the the "big american cities", and "mainstream" is rap. Green Day's newest stuff may not be bad, but I hate how people will listen to them just because everyone else is doing it.
