Green Day or Linkin Park

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Yay! Good taste, picard

What i find to be the biggest problem with these bands is I cant find any meaning what so ever, or something that strikes me as meaningful, heck they dont even invoke emotion in me (the songs not the discussion) Now i have no clue if this different for others but generaly the music i listen to makes me feel something Die Polizei always made me laugh and think Scatman made me feel light and happy Ultra (by KMDFM) made feel excited and all up, and so on and so forth the most greenday or LP has done is given me a strong desire to go back to sleep

My way is more fun. And accurate; if I wanted to do it the other way I'd have to toss in the exceptions because there are some that I don't like. Tough Guy comes to mind. Plus, a crapload of those (everything from Starting Over) are from Legion of Boom.

Man, I'm so looking forward to Community Service II.

Edit: HOLY SH*T I FORGOT THE RECORD GODS!

Anything by primo turtablists is awesome. And I do mean awesome. If you haven't listened to any DJ Shadow or Cut Chemist (to name but two) I highly suggest you check them out. They are some of the most talented musicians out there. Pure. Creative. Genius.

Wow, Code...I can safely say I have never heard ANYTHING by any of your bands
...I need to culture myself more.

Post Sat Mar 26, 2005 7:43 pm

Actually you have heard music by The Alpha Conspiracy and Necros. They're different names for the same person - Andrew Sega - who made some of the music for Freelancer.

As for the rest, don't feel too bad. On the whole, Canada has a crap Breaks scene (except for hip-hop, which is doing just fine). Though Toronto will get some big-name artists like Hybrid or TCM performing from time to time. And Benz & MD are Canadian.

Post Sat Mar 26, 2005 7:47 pm

*slaps code* Into eternity are canadian... HMPH, ignore those guys!
