Taw, i have a nano-construction force ready for insertion into tawakalnia to commence construction of defensive emplacements along the border. however, due to your lack of sufficient electrical power to supply power to some of my more advanced weaponry, we will have to make to with sonic cannons until i can get a fusion tower built.

Supreme Evil Overlord Dark Emperor Corsair the 1st has made an official proclaimation to the great people of Neo-Draconia:-
1. Neo-Draconian borders will now be cut off by the construction of the Ring Of Fire Project. All people attempting to cross the border will now be shot. We must work together to destroy all danger from foreigners. We have reason to suspect that they are all plotting against us.
2. Death penalty is now the penalty for all crimes, regardless of age. Torture is permitted to be practised inside Neo-Draconian jails. These measures will hopefully eradicate all corruption in our great nation.
3. The forth-coming Democratic elections will be postponed indefinitely due to concerns about our nations safety.
4. We have now used "certain methods" to insure that our army is the most powerful in the world.
5. All foreigners are to be shot on sight. They are ALL evil schemers bent on the destruction of our nation.

i have a shuttle on route with an effective 'delivery' system for the kryponite anti-air system. The shuttle has multiple technicians on board and plans for a small missile capable of carrying up to a 8 kiloton nuclear warhead, the technology, alhough inferior to our own, may prove useful and economic for you.
I await you response on the delivery of the design plans for the A-D23/MA 'Superfeller' Tactical Field Dart Missile.

In another newsflash statement, Neo-Draconia has decided to firmly oppose Taw, Indy and all others who fight our goal of global unity.

Meanwhile, more news from the front: Alaska has deserted from Neo-Draconia and has become a free-state. News of our forces in Alaska has stopped abruptly, and it is assumed the majority of our forces were forced to join the Alaskan rebels. On even worse news, the survivors of the Alaskan fiasco were ambushed on their way across the Bering Strait. Almost a quarter of our total military power has been lost in this tragedy. It seems our dreams of a global empire have been shattered...for now.
On the other fronts, progress has stopped abruptly, and our troops are digging in.
It has been decided that while our military regenerates, The Ring of Fire will be built stretching from Moscow, to the borders with Kazakstan at the south, and all along the Himalayas.
