mine would have to be acoustic guitar (jack johnson, mason williams, pink floyd), especially playing a minor classical number. followed by a female vocal solo (great gig in the sky??? Dark Side of the Moon!!!)

but as for the things i use in my music... i use nearly anything (i would use a fart sound if i could get one without passing out!!!)
