No More Hubble

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Do you really want an answer to that Marty? I don't see where you're going with your post either. Can I have a "Babbler to English" Dictionary?

That writing style is awfully similar to "lord of universe".
Until I'm sure it's not him, I'm keeping my anti-Troll equipment at the ready

I was just up a bit too late... I was starting to get cranky...

But I do think that if they do anything to it... they will screw up.

i hope it isn't the end off the hubble, i hope....

i also ripped lots off pics from the site off hubble and putted it in here (maybe u knew that already )

also a lot off planets off the size off jupiter where founded around other stars... but most where to close to the star that that would be the only planet, or didn't had a nice round around the star, like ours to be able to maintain other planets and maybe even live...

maybe we must look further in the past... uh... space, i mean... that the hubble is needed to be replaced...

then i have 1 thing to say;

so long, Rubble space telescope...

*still hoping*

If they brought it back down they could auction the parts and that would pay for NASA for at least another 3 mins

or re-use the bits in Hubble 2 - Double the Hubble.

Post Mon Jan 19, 2004 2:29 pm

There is no Hubble 2 its called the James Webb Space Telescope. I hope its got a bigger aperture (although nothing beats my 8 inch Dobsonian)

Post Mon Jan 19, 2004 3:18 pm

It's not the SIZE of the aperture that matters, it's how you use it!

Post Mon Jan 19, 2004 3:25 pm

gah esq, thats terrible

Post Mon Jan 19, 2004 5:02 pm

do you even know what aperture is you twonk

Post Mon Jan 19, 2004 8:24 pm

this new one is gonna be way better than hubble, i read about it on some documentary, itll be a couple times bigger, and itll have infrared and some other thingys, so itll be better than poor hubble
but theyre also going to have to fly it out further than hubble so they get less interference

i dont think hubbles orbit is degreading, theyre just replacing it, if its orbit does degrade then they can just move it back into a stable orbit

1 ask, how much does the mir costs a month for holding it's possition off 400km above sealevel

i only know that it was an enormous valeu... the hubble would be a lot cheaper, but will also be expensive

i wonder how much that cost off the ISS
