im getting a surround sound system from my grandma that can be hooked up to my computer as well as a tv
so i have to get a new tv for that
i cant have a tv without a DVD VCR player
and i have to have a rounter so i can get music onto my computer as well as surfing the net

so if i get what i ask 4

now all i need is a fridge!
then i will only need to come out of my hell hole to collect food 4 my fridge

The way you described what you will be able to enjoy doing while using your PC is unclear enough so that it can be read to mean that you will have the entire internet installed in it. Try scanning your sentence to check to see what you have said you wanted to get "onto" your computer. You'll see that you want two things on it.

and you'll need a Router over a Rounter. Routers are usually better than Rounters because Routers actually exist.

Hmmmmm. If you're pulling my leg, you're good. If you're not, here goes.

Instead of saying it the way you did, the more clear or more direct way to say it is something like:

"I need a router so that I will be able to surf the net and download music with my computer."

The way you said it, it seems like you believe that you need a router to get music and the internet onto your computer.... as in download EVERYTHING into your computer. Which is why Taw asked you if all of us would be in it.

BTW Actually, I don't quite see why you need a router as such unless you plan to have two different computers doing the tasks separately. But I defer to those more computer savvy than I on the technical point of routers.
