This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Any of you guys watch 24?

I think it's one of the best shows ever.
Second season running now (In Holland) and I'm enjoying every single minute.

i was thinkin, your sig's great, but you could cut it down. keep the emoticons and the last line. those are good.

as for 24, nvr heard of it, sorry.

YES! At last I've found someone to be nerdy about 24 with! lol.

I love the programme, I really can't recommend it high enough to anyone who hasn't seen it - although I would suggest that if you haven't seen it to start with Season 1 or else you'll get lost very quickly.

I would go as far as saying that 24 is my favourite tv programme of all time

@nickless season 2 finished here a couple of months ago, and without spoiling it for you I shall tell ya that it reaaaalllly doesn't disappoint

ok, I can't wait. We're three episodes into this season, fourth coming up sunday.

It's good, although sometimes it really got into my nerve. Season 1: wife and daughter kidnapped then rescued for like, 3 times back and forth and back? and amnesia? trusting drug-dealing boyfriend instead of a pack of terrorist-fighting agents? gimme a break. It almost fell into soap sometimes. It felt like the writers are too confined to the '24-hours' time dimention and drained out of ideas and had to fill in SOMETHING to meet the 24-episodes quota. I think it would've been better with just 20 episodes with all the cheesy stuffs cut out.

I hope the 2nd season is bit better. I'm watching it religiously .

its better but the only downside is that Kym is very annoying in this season, so if you had trouble with her in season 1, she's really gonna wind you up this time...

....the upside is that you get to see her in a skimpy white top for most of the show

Kim doen't bother me at all

for those who haven't got a clue who we're talking about, this is Elisha Cuthbert the girl who plays Kim...

but to be honest, I prefer her in 24, she looks a bit more "ruffed up"... lol.

What is she? 35? I can't see why they put her in 24 as a teenage. Only 'Grease' had a worse casting, age-wise.

Post Fri Oct 03, 2003 12:51 pm

when she looks like that FF, who cares! she can be any age she likes if she wants to play mummies and daddies at my house!

Post Fri Oct 03, 2003 1:23 pm

lol Taw

I know what you're saying FF, but she looks 17/18 in 24 - these pictures just make her look slightly less jail-baity

i won't hear a word said bad about her

Post Fri Oct 03, 2003 1:33 pm

@taw dont you mean mother in laws and daddies
and i normally miss 24 i think it was sun nights it was on and im not near a telly then but what i did see i liked (as in the photo)

Btw if it is real-time (as they claim it to be) what happens during commercials? I think we can be thankful that anything important NEVER happens during commercials
