Little bug in the Kyushu system.
At Nansei Research complex the info say that they sell the Drone,Kusari GB and drake,but in the station i dont see the vendor.

Oop, that reminds me of another bug. From time to time I've been seeing the ship dealer icon at the top with the "gear" icon of the equipment buyer. It still says "ship dealer" if you run your mouse over it, though. Clicking on it will take you to the equipment buyer instead of the ship dealer. Once there, you see the icon normally, and can go to the ship dealer. Odd little bug. I think it's only happening at bases that didn't originally have ships to offer.

Another bug: some of the ships still mount invisible weapons when you purchase them. They can't be sold, and dismounting them results in a crash to desktop each time (although the weapon mount is freed up for actual use when you return.) I had this happen with the Raven's Claw, as I recall.

Maybe MD should implement the new NPC ships one system at a time. Gets kinda buggy. I crashed to desktop in London, Leeds, and Manchester. After so many crashes, I decided to stick to 1.6b for a while, until the prob is fix.

Well, noone is perfect, but I know the hardworking ppl in this mod, would fix it sooner or later. Hope when the fix or the next update comes out. I hope to use a better tweaked version of the TIE Advance, MD~!

I await your every update.

Problems all fixes now and satisfied My Crash-To-Desktop-phobia is nearly gone too. But I have a question about the following,

MD, think the Tie Advance X1 is cool (I am satisfied with a smile), but I think you forgot to tweak the turret slots, because you can put class7 and class8 all over it, except for the turret mounts.

Still wishing missiles did not take space though, it is hard to rob NPCs for their loot when I have missiles to take them out with. If u don't intend to change it, then I might just have to get used to it (without missiles T_T << Missile Frenzy Firing Schmuck)

How do you use the Cloak (impress that it is in the Missile Slot)? It is on, and I still get blasted.

About some engines that can charge up faster to Cruising Speed, the TIE engine has been slowed down. Unlike the X-Wing and Shadow Engine, they are still normal. Some of the TIE stuff are bgged, like the show charge up TIE engine and the TIE weapons (they are buggy, like "Phantom guns".

Some ships still have the Phantom Guns problem, I think it was one of the USS Enterprises or the Millenium Falcon (1st one, white color).

Ether Dragon, that ship dealer bug is due to the fact that no ship dealer were supposed to be on those bases. so what do u prefer, the little bug or no ship dealer at all?
GameShark, the turrets on the Tie Advanced are staying the way they are...the normal Ties aren't supposed to have turrets and the ones on T/A are there for suport only an to save your @ss while u make a run for it...
The cloak in next version will be implemented differently, either as a countermeasure dropper or as a Tractor Beam...i made a CM for now and it seems to have some effect on npc's, they cant still see me but their shots are not so accurate and in a big fight they seem to prefer the friendly Npc's not me, at least they're not all shooting at me as before. U'll still can get blasted but chances of survivability R slightly better.

I see, so the Cloak does not 100% work on all NPCs? How about players? Are they other TIEs in progress? Hope you get that TIE Engine fixed.

I found a major bug in 1.9b, and your latest patch does nothing to address it, I'm afraid. I've traced down the trigger for the bug: Go to either Curacao or Holstein to buy the Moldy Crow or Raven's Claw (this happens with either ship.) Launch to space and switch to turret mode (default key is H.) Without fail, I get a sudden crash to desktop due to a strong urge to play Jedi Knight: Outcast.

I tried Kurt Katarn's ship too. But I never knew a Turret view could crash it. Flew it around and I think it is neat. Luckily I do not use the Turret View much, but only the Rear View.

Little bug on the 1.9 without your patch.
One of the torpedo launcher on the X-Wing has a light mounted on it.Very strange to see o_O

There is a file (Centurion Modified (for Freelancer Rebalance MOD 1.9)). Is this to be added to the next patch/mod, or is it a MUST to install this?

Looks like someone did a mod of the mod.
Presumably he got permission from MD or the model maker before adjusting it, but until I hear otherwise from MD, that doesn't mean it'll be compatible with future Rebalance updates.

I've just purchased a Junkers CSV,and i see that the pilot is missing in the cockpit.
Is there a way to add by myself or i have to wait for the next update?

I know its not so important but seeing the ship without pilot is very strange to me

P.S.:Oh,and i have the unpatched 1.9 FlReb

The CSV is one of my favorite ships in the appearance catagory. Too bad it's such a slug performance wise. The pilot has been missing from the ship since it's introduction. A couple other ships suffer from this as well, but the CSV is one of the more obvious ones. I agree that it would be nice if they could clean that up.

Really, I think it would be great if MD and his compatriots did one update that just focused on cleaning up all the model issues. Clipping problems, misoriented hardpoints, missing pilots, missing or over-abundant streamers, you name it. I think my favorite one is the afterburner that shoots up through the roof of the Kusari Gunboat.

Maybe now,they have to focuse only on bug hunting and model imperfections.
I love the CSV,after some good modifications is a good combat ship.
You know,i have some good Outcast friend...
And the outcast have the BEST equipment i've ever see

I have been reading through this thread and I seem to be seeing quite a lot of negative comments. Obviously some people are going to have trouble running the mod, that is to be expected (I hope I managed to get that patch installed properly, I guess I'll find out soon!), but a lot of people also seem to quibbling over minor details which really don't affect the enjoyment of playing it at all.

Well, I just wanted to post and say that I think it is fantastic. Kudos to Mr Dan and everyone else who was involved in it. I thought Freelancer was a top game, but this mod boosts it's appeal ten times. Congratulations on some fine work.
