ok i feel like a problem child now, because i got another one. ive recently started a new character on uk #1 reynens 2.0 6b server. the problem is when i try to buy commodities, buy equipment, or look at my ship infocard the game crashes. like it shows trent talking to the dealer and then when i click on him the equipment screen is about to load then ... gonzo. i find myself looking at the desktop its the same thing with the commodities and when i press f7, got any ideas?

I think it was the sheer number of ties getting us. At one point there was over a dozen of them (it was a great lightshow though).

As for the antimatter guns, they are great! Possibly a little powerful, but I don't think they should be powered down. Maybe just use more power?

Reynen: No problem. Server has been renamed to 'Squalls Server (Reynen Mod)'

If you still have the emails could you forward them to [email protected] because i spotted a couple of errors in the log but couldn't think what they could be (something about a gate/dock/hole with no target?).

Ah well, just reinstalled - probably wont happen again.

Actually, that is a "bug". not a problem, but a thing tha FL is phreaky about. It wont crash, nessercarilly, but it's gonna tell ya there's a problem.

It sounds like your files are not being overwritten. If the infocards are not showing up then your DLL's are not being overwritten. PLease make sure the mod is installing correctly. You can find more troubleshooting in the readme or on the website

Ty Sorry I don't have the emails anymore. I simply responded saying my server wasnt running so they couldn't have been on my server..hehe.

I've actually taken out what is going in the new mod. I'd rather not have my stuff copied even before I release it.

I am doing most of it but Bob is working on new weapons and Rob is working on creating new systems.

I usually get about 4/5 groups of Rheinland and liberty capital ships in the area, usually there are so many that they keep crashing in to each other, but so far i haven't had the game crash.

Thanks soo much Reynen; you've pointed me in the right direction. i had a similar problem earlier except with ships, it turns out the problem i am experiencing has to do with unzipping it. because when it unzips it it leaves out the full name so then the files dont get overwritten

oh heres the problem the engine health is a little low so when they hit the rhienland gunship engine a little too much it goes boom and so does the rest of my ship.

CLOAK!!! I need cloak! Where are those darn cloaking devices micro$oft promised us!!!!!!!!!!!

Since this newest version the servers have been crashing every few minutes. THIS IS BECOMING VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!

Starfury: I had a similar problem, and it appears that the new TIE encounters just keep spawning and eating all the resources. Reynen knows of this, and is working on it. To work around it we left there ASAP and never went back (well, one person did, and crashed us out, so we made sure he didn't go back....)

Great mod, how ever have found a rather annoying problem when using the cap ships like battleships, cruisers and gunboats that they do not enter the jump gate or they take too long dock and ending up getting killed.

Tradelanes work okay.

No crashes yet in SP mode.

I never had much trouble docking with lanes and gates using the big ships. (Maybe this is a new problem?) Just make sure you line yourself up before you dock.

I'm also hoping that there wont be a need to do character wipes again because i'm really getting tired of starting over.
