..Hey i love ur mod but i have found a "bug" in mission 11 where u have to dock with buffalo base in the New York system... if u have a battleship there is no way to dock... if u use the ring it says "docking not allowed" and if u just try to dock normaly it says "dock denied".... dunno if this has been posted but here it is!

I ahve a question:why the hella re you using Battleships for the single missions???
they jsut seem to me to be MP or "Ive beaten the game so ow im gonna kick some ass" ships. if your have trouble with the Battleships in SP, try using a frigging fighter.

i just think its kinda fun to use a BS so i wanted to see if it was possible to use one in the SP missions.

I'm redoing the stupid TIEs in Liberty.... knew I shouldn't releaase it yet...

Anyhoo, I just have the number of ships in teh area too high... and the number of time the ships spawn...

take it easy on yourself bob, reyn is calling it a beta for a reason. Kinda like practice makes perfect. so get practicing. Also wondered if you could remind of waht the formats had to be for the starting screens. I been trying to make a newr one for this mod, kinda wanna use the same 3d character i used for the ROEP (Reynen's Original Exp. Pack), but i just can seem to comeup with a way to make him look different

Here's is the fix to the encounters. This will basically remove them until we can figure out what is wrong.

Deactivate Reynenmod
Replace this file in the mod li01.ini
This needs to go in: \Reynenmod206b\data\Universe\Systems\li01 directory
Re-activate the mod
this needs to be server and client side for it to take effect.
NO PLAYER WIPE SHOULD BE NEEDED

Hi have found a bug that crashes the game...when you play SP Champain an land on the Bruchsal Base/Frankfurt - D3 after you have defend it from the Reinlanders with van Clausen. You can see a Icon that you can buy Ships there but when you click on it the Game Crashes to Desktop. The other Icons are ok and you can play still play the Champain. After the Champain was over i returned to the Base and try again the Icon still the same crash to Desktop...
I dont have played the Mod on a Server that runs it but its possible that there are the same problem thats its crash (or the Server crashes too...)
Can someone confirm that please for SP and MP?

Hi,
I noticed a small problem but it not that important, i just thought u might want to know. i was using the rhienland BS and it wouldnt fit into the tradelane, ive used all the other BS and managed to make them fit, perhaps u could enlarge the size of the tradelane, this is only a sugestion and i think ur mod is the greatest.

um.. the format is 1280x960x32 1280x960x24 800x600x32 800x600x24 and the names are startupscreen_1280.tga startupscreen_1280_16.bmp startupscreen.tga startupscreen_16.tga respectively.

Ya we're working on the ship icon thing... seems FL gets phreaky if it thinks there's supposed to be a shipdealer, but it isn't defined in the market_ships.ini...

um just wondering, what thing in beam_effects.ini is the one the antimatter guns use? i wanna give them a tail and make them a beam weapon. lol im trying to make a beam weapon that looks like a beam weapon from fs2 and does
kickass damage yet drains energy like a bitch.

ifc. hall: wheres your server?

Actually regarding teh ship base problem. I removed the ship dealer from all the bases that don't sell ships, but apparently the icon is still stuck there. I thought I removed it, but it doesn't seem to want to go away.

Regarding the beams, just look in the weapon_equip.ini and look up the anti-matter gun specs you can see it for yourself. Also there are already several FSP 2 beam weapons available, try using the starbeam weapons....or the turret beams..or the gubnoat, cruiser, or battleship beam weapons....

Hall took his server down, apaprently it won't be back up for a long time.

those are not freespace 2 beam weapons, ive made a real freespace 2 beam weapon out of the battleship beam turret, it really looks like the shivan beam turret now and it drains energy like hell (like can drain a rhienland gb's ful supply in 2-3 sec.) ill send you the stuff

check in the bases ini file and the ini file for each room, and ya might even check in the mbases.ini... it controls a lot of stuff with bases.
