that is a render i made showing what i wnated to do to trents jacket. nice eh?? looks pretty wicked you say. too bad the mapping mode make sit about 5 THOUSAND times more difficult to add the flaming skull. btw that says Reynens Rengades on back, just a little horseplay.

Hey, I think the look that you gave Trent isn't very good, the glasses thing doesn't work and he is supposed to be an outsider. You put him in a LSF uniform.

I like him in the sleek black outfit Osiris originally wears, or something like that.

Not putting it down or anything.

I received an email with the solution for the cargo problems on the larger ships!!! YAHOO! BIG thanks goto Vichama! This will be fixed in 5C.

Deepdown:

Yes this is mode for both the singleplayer and multiplayer. I am still working out all the bugs, but it really seems to be coming along.

MLEdele:

Currently you are not able to make multiple cruise speeds, that would require redesigning ALOT of the current game. You would have to change alot of files and I really don't want to do that.

Anything is possible it would just take alot of time to 1: Figure out how to do it, and 2: Actually do it

Also about the shades, they aren't always on, they get taken off during the storyline...As far as being an outsider that's why i switched to the bret uniform, he sticks out like a sore thumb.

Check out the screenies below for examples of what he looks like with them on and off. Generally when he is inside they get taken off.

Alot of people like them, some people don't.

Bob is working on those. Once I get those I will add them into 5C if everything goes smoothly. They take alot of time to make and bob is doing a good job. Would you rather have a rush job with lots of bugs, or a good job that has few bugs.

Here are some additional outfits that I really like on trent and JUni, let me know what you think.

Trent is in a bretonia outfit, ( really fits when people call him "bretonian" ) Juni is in some bounty hunter outfits. The one with trent all in black is just the orillion model. I'll include instructions on how to change this for personal preference in the readme.


































The last ones of juni is my favorite, she looks good in that outfit!!


I will probably be releaseing a new version this weekend, not sure though.

Just want to let you know that have had no more crashes.

Now for the battleships. Am having quite a hard time navigating through the asteroid fields. Is there a way or can you make to where all asteroids and debris are destroyable?

Are you also going to include encounters like gunboats, cruisers, and battleships?

I like the bottom Juni. Looks great. I also like the new trent, tho not the one with Orillion's clothes...

As for them not working in story mode, the story is set ip in the idividual mission files and .thn scripts. It should work tho... somethimes at least, cuz I've seen it... ow wait... u have to start over probably to see it...


UPDATE:

I just saw on the front page of lancersreactor that there is a correllian freighter model now! I'm working on implementing it, if ya want me to, I'll get it ready for 5c... depending on the 5c release deadline.

Also: There is a download for a pic of all the head accessories on the front page as well... teh uber it's sweet! Nice to have for redoing people! Got some great flight helmets in there! definitely worth a look.

I already know about the asteroids and I am looking into a solution. It is not just as easy as making all astroids destructable. Can you imagine 1000+ astroids on your screen all with a red health bar? You would not be able to hardly see anything, I know, I tried.

Also yes bob is working on the encounters...

U tried making the asteroids breakable? and it worked? lol wow.... lots of lag...

I've got the 'vette in and workig! just gotta make some adjustments to the handling and stuff, then I'll send em to ya.

Great mod! It gets better and better. I'm hoping for some more variety in weapons in the future though, the all class ten thang is cool, but its kinda wierd for damage to rest only on the amount of guns you can mount.

Ok,

I'm new to these forums so bear with me...

Reynen I gotta say your mod looks pretty damn cool and I tried it out also, plays pretty well. I just seem to have one problem, I dont know if this is a known issue or not but when I go to Norfolk Shipyards and try to buy a BS the game crash's. Again I dont know if its server side or a client side problem or if it's just me. Some clarification would be appreciated.

heheheh testing my sig pic and im trying to think of somethign new to try . Just been running blank. have a half finished eagle skin, gave up on the leather jacket, and im stuck in sp cuz i get wore trying to take the Sheild generators on Tekagi's Arch without toprs cuz they are ineffective. ohh well. anyone got any ideas on new projects?

Hey Rey,

Those Bretonian threads on Trent look quite good, but Juni in that blue and red number is plain hot. My vote goes for that one, and thanks for showing us the choices you are deciding between.

Oh, one last thing also, kudos to both you and Bob for the upcoming big shippie encounters. A great way to extend the interest of MP for months to come. I guess once you guys have that code down pat things will continue to get rather interesting. Lotsa systems just in the original count to place nasty, group required brawls. Not to mention including many other cool unique (read shadow ships.......muhahahaha!!!!) vessels to blow out of the stars.
