Hehe I see you caught my play on words eh spawn hehe. I love the work you did on the intro screen I've also added ya to the credits.

I've just uploaded a new version which adds shields to walker and his escorts. This will make his survivability much higher in the missions.

Please download this updated version.

LOL im gonna download the update tomorrow, im all downloaded out to night ( new video drivers for my new video card). and tomorrow im also gonna see if i can retecture the Armored transport, maybe make it look likea government vehicle.

You need to cool down rey, I was just offering suggestions and informing of possible bugs. Isn't what these forums about? I think you did a great job. I was just tring to put my two cents in.

WOW! my god this is sweet!

btw, is it just bec. i suck or the 3rd sp mission really hard.
(escort 2 transport to a base with Juni) it was after my 8th try did i finally got thru it the transports just keep falling down.

If you were planning to balance power with FL, You did great!
Players are equally matched with the AI. (but we humans are still better )

Great work! pls. dont stop

hmmm wonder what version i got on my server ?

is it already 2 or 3 version of the beta5 ?

as i say before it's very goood to see the difference in the version like we start to do in beta4 ... cus now as i see ... the readme don't ether tell the difference of the versions.

Also yes mission 3 and 4 are perhaps the hardest. Here's a tip. Use cannonballs and heavy hitter weapons to take out the fighters. Also draw them away from the transports.

For the attack on willard station, this is a toughie, just do your best, most likely the dreadnaught ship will die, I only saved it once out of 3 tries. You NEED a good ship such as an eagle or heavyier fighter. Use missile and torps to take out all the enemies.

Remember it may seem funny firing a torp at a fighter but if you have 4 of its buddy right next to it you take them out too.

Shields generally get taken out fast that is why I equip cannonballs for easy finishing. It's personal preference though.

Well I did put the times on it. I only made some minor corrects which don't dictacte a new version name.

The first time I forgot to add shields and the second one was a spelling error fix to make the shields useable.

When in doubt just re-download. I always have the latest version on my site.

Hey reynman, i think i found a really weird bug in the mission 8 (trying to get the proteus tome from Tekagi's transport while its in dry dock) When i after i take out the first Weapons platform (closest to you on your approach), there are no anomolies, but as i hit the second one witha pair of cannon balls, it explodes, the mission fails with the reason being that i attacked afreindly unit. I have tried this 25+ times with the same result. Im using torpedoes on the first one but i wont fire them at the second. Keep up the great work

I just no finished the game for the first time and have spotted several bugs I need to correct.

As for that mission spawn, I had that same problem. Solution is to ONLY use guns on the platforms after all the fighters are dead. I don't know why. I will try and find the reason. They also have a ton of HP's which I will also look into.

I was a bit disappointed with the ending of the game, i was hoping to have a bit more then that

Hi Reynen, I would just like to say that I love trents new look and are they raybans he is wearing now real cool ...
I am up to mission 7 in sp now and would just like to report that so far everything is going great, no problems at all, and so far the actual balance of the mod, which is no way a walk in the park, is how it should have been in the original (it was far to easy ) this mod I am sure will keep people coming back to the sp part of FL to try different approaches to missions....
And I have not tried the Mp side of it yet saving that for later

Keep up the good work, we all appreciate the amount of time and effort you are putting into it.

Hi again, just dled new version and had a quick go seems real good, but, i went to Houston to buy cargo train (as it says thats where its for sale in the readme) however it aint there but as it says in the thread title its been added, jus wondering where i can buy it.

Baltimore Shipyard..i also have a update for any of you that plan on tring my server..due to some recent events i had to change my the way me server operates and now its set up as a sign up server only...the main reason why i had to do this is because of people cheating.I dont like it having others taking advantage of cheatas and i dont think anyone else does either...so anyhow...

Hey, Reyman, I got an idea. How about making two versions of your mod, one with bases selling different equipment, and one the way it is now.

I know alot of people who feel that if every base sells the same things, Y land besides to trade? Let the lazy people use one version of your mod and us people who would rather have a reason to move to different systems use the other?

Do you think this is a good Idea? Let me know what you think.

I've just uploaded a new version that adds a buyable cargo train and makes some modifications.

Also BETA 6 is put on hold. I am doing just that MLEdele

I am going to create Reynen's Rebalance Mod.

I will be using the games orginal weapons, stations, etc....but I will be adding some of the best elements from here such as the following.

Destructable Bases
Battleships
Cruisers
Gunboats
etc....

I am ONLY using stuff from the FL game, so TIE will not be included. Perhaps after the original rebalance is complete.

If there is something you really like from this mod and want me to incoperate it into the rebalance mod let me know.

I'm a bit tired of all the complaints, too powerful....to hard....this that and the other thing. Well they can blame the original creators if they thing the next one will be too hard.
