I concur. A true auto-turret fire mod would be awesome, if someone would be willing to take up the challenge of making one. Really have to wonder why turrets weren't made auto in the first place...didn't any developers or testers during the testing phase of the game see how difficult it was to try and even use turret mode effectively?!
I cannot express the disappointment I felt when I purchased a Rhino early in the game, was ambushed, and then was watching expectantly for the turrets to respond, which they didn't. Most lame indeed!

The turret mode just takes a little practice, any way the auto_turret did not work for me. I also know of others that have tried and failed too.......so your super auto-turret mod most likly wont work.........Sorry!!
