Hi guys. Mind if I hop in? I've read the whole story and wouldn't mind to contribute to it a little myself. I'll write about my character if you think it's okay.

Ok here's mine then:
Name: Stefan Quist (Yes, he is a Swede! A minority)
Callsign: Vater (to those who work with him)
Age: 58
Faction: Officially he's a member of the Zoners movement
Appearence: Heavy built, slightly sunburnt, Lech Walesa Mustasche, Blue Eyes (blue as the Atlantic ocean ), mostly happily smiling.
Occupation: Gathering Information about various things using his optronic and inbuilt Neural Net (it's in his bain in form of several microchips, yes he's a cyborg).
Lives: In a camoflagued (spelling?) residence in a forest close to Heiligenstadt on Planet New Berlin.
Ship: Some junk he made out of various scrap metals.
Bio: Stefan was captured 26 years old by the LSF and put in a secret reasearch base hidden somewhere in the dephts of Alaska. There Mason financed a project to try to develop a supersoldier through genetic and mechanic modifications. Stefan was part of the genetic modification experiment focusing on strength of the soldiers. This yielded in giving him an unusual strength in his arms. If he hits something long enough it's reduced to dust or something else depending on what it's made of. (He can't break through walls or concrete or metal though).
The project was cancelled by Liberty when several subjects began showing various symptoms such as horrid sicknesses and mutations. The station was destroyed. Stefan was one of those lucky to escape by stealing one of the stealing a ship during the chaos that was caused by many of the test subjects escpaing from their cells. He went to Freeport 4 in Magellan (he was 42 years by this time) to meet up with an old friend of his and told him everything he could remember. His friend realized that Mason would probably be looking after him sooner or later and took Stefan to Mactan base. He lived there for a few years. He got most of his implants their. These implants expanded his memory capacity. Making it possible for him to take in more amounts of information than an luxury Kusari optronic.
Now he lives in Thüringer Wald near Heiligenstadt on Planet New Berlin were he has gathered a small group of friends and other people who has experienced similiar things. He has contacts with most of the factions in Sirius. His companions have even more. He is supportive towards the Bundschuh and the IMG and sympathizes with the Blood Dragons. He has a rather good reputaion among the Outcasts.
That's all. If you think any of this should be changed just tell me.
He also likes Jazz, Soul and Blues.
The strengh is only triggered by a bersek-like frenzy wich happens very rarely. But it happens.

A survivor of one of Mason's earlier failed experiments? Great idea!
I'd like clarification on one point though. You say Stefan has contacts within most factions. Can you give us a better idea of which factions those would be?
Also, there's a bit of a dichotomy between his hiding on New Berlin and his myriad contacts. I guess the question is, "how did he make all these contacts while still keeping under Mason's radar?"

Well, maybe not contacts for all the factions. I thought more of informers whom keep an ear out on what's going on and carry on the information to him.
1. Well I think of: the Outcasts, BAF, Rheinland Military, Rheinland Police, Dauman Heavy Constructions, Kruger Minerals, BMM, Republican, Orbital Spa and Cruise, Bounty Hunters Guild, various Freelancers, IMG, Bundschuh, Blood Dragons, Lane Hackers, Mollys, Gaians and Liberty Rogues.
In some of these factions he has contacts wich may have the authority to carry out smaller attacks or raids. In others it's just informants. Then of course he is a member of the Zoner movements. And has a good rep with Gaians, IMG and Bundschuh. And he is bad a shooting so he tries to avoid gun combat.
And if you don't have asnything against it I could let him speak all the languages of Sirius and two 'forgotten' languages. With forgotten I thought of minority languages. This time Swedish and Esperanto.
And he has an awfull reputation within Liberty (Police, Navy, LSF). And I thought that you'd figure him out by the name that he was a (Swedish)Rheinlander.
Let's just say he was born and raised on Planet New Berlin.
And he loves pastries (spelling?); cakes, cookies, pogácsa's, buns, puddings, Swiss rolls, you name it.
I hope this helps a little.

HK has the right ideas.
For the sake of "realism" I'd drop BMM from the list. If I recall correctly, BMM does not get along well with the IMG or the Mollys.
You should also add Junkers. I think a bunch of characters are going to be interacting with that faction quite a bit, and if your guy knows them then we have a hook to get him involved in the main storyline nice and quick.
Ultimately though, these specifics can be tweaked as we go along. It's not really vital that we work out all the details now.
Looking forward to your first IC post.

Ok, I'll drop the government affiliated informants and contacts and I'll also drop Bounty Hunter and Orbital Spa. I'll drop the Mollys too.
I'll keep the Bundschuh(informant) , Blood Dragons (informant only), Gaians and Lane Hackers. I'll keep BMM too. Let's say he and some BMM guy are buddies (maybe even cousins if you want), I just get the feeling I've got to have some buddy in some Bretonian comany. Gateway maybe?

Yay I'm back! I'm cheering myself. Sad lol
Neder, that's a great idea. The fact Mason has been working on experimentation for at least thirty-two years is a staggering idea.
Here are some highlights of your character's bio, I'll explain why they're highlights in just a moment
Stefan Quist
Age: 58
Stefan was captured 26 years old by the LSF
The project was cancelled by Liberty when several subjects..'deteriorated'
Stefan was one of those lucky to escape
He went to Freeport 4 in Magellan (he was 42 years by this time)
He lived there for a few years. He got most of his implants there.
Now he lives on Planet New Berlin
He has gathered a small group of friends who has experienced similiar things
He has many contacts: Bundschuh(informant) , Blood Dragons (informant only), Gaians, Lane Hackers, BMM and Border World Exports.
When I read the above, I just have a few questions. It's clear you've read much of the background story and I'm glad to see your attention to detail !
If Mason has been doing this for at least 32 yrs, this would mean he started young, or has lived a long time.
If Stefan is 58, he would be experienced, mature and certainly the oldest of the current characters (this is all assuming on my part) apart from maybe Gabriel.
What skills does he possess apart from his "berserker strength" ability?
Does he only have increased memory implants?
For me, the most important detail is "the group of friends who have experienced similar things".
There are few alive that remain from Mason's projects. Most either died during their treatment, escaped and were hunted down or live in hiding or seclusion. Fortunately, Sirius is so populated it's easy to hide amongst the general people and facial reconstruction is common.
If you could explain who these 'people' are that would help me understand Stefan more. Given his age, did he establish this haven himself? Is he a leader amongst this group?
Is it merely a network he's a part of? Or something more with it's own assets, resources and agenda? It could be just a building they own and their agenda is survival. I'm thinking Professor X from X-Men now lol
Some food for thought...
Welcome to the saga

Well, his goals is mainly survival and revenge, as he must have experienced unforgettable horrors in that lab (think nazi-german concentration camp memmories, something like that).
The friends he has gathered are mostly people he knew from before he was captured. Maybe he knows 2-3 people who has experienced the same or similiar things as he has. Wich he has established at least 'some' relationship. They have a common goal though, revenge and the death of Mason.
By the way I have made my first post. Got to have to let all those thoughts free.
Let's say that he has changed name and gone though a facial surgery so he looks completely diffirent from his previous time (before and during his capture). And well the house... let's just say he won it on a lottery.
If I missed something just tell me.
