True, and due to the Grace Period rule, there should be no battles anyway.
Turn 1 will last until the calculator comes out. Furthermore, there will be no PC or NPC battles in the turn.

OOC: VD post your stats so we can double check them. Jacob, check your mail soon for a proposal of labor division for judging. I don't want a house formed, I'd rather keep the two independant of eachother and just allies. Uber powerful VHF's are better than weak cap ships.

@ Red Hessians: We'll send you reinforcements as soon as they become available.

@ Outcasts: While we agree piracy is an unlawful practice, our attacking of hostile power bases in a conventional military sense is no different than what the houses are doing. You know as well as we do that we are not committing anything illegal. The houses double standard when they attack a base it is legitmate and when we do it is illegitimate is not to stand. Our forces have good relations with Kusari and Bretonia, and intend to with Liberty. We do however plan on securing our border with Rheinland.

I just read Codename's turn and something else came to my attention.
You cannot make any ship's stat over 9.
Since there are only #s 1-10, having 12s is not exactly fair.

Unfortunately something has come up and i will not be able to play for alittle bit, on top of that my connection with TLR is shaky at best as i have a hard time getting connected to the website, so jacob feel free to assign my faction to anybody that wants it as i don't have the time right now.

Jacob I say let him, if he wants to have only 1 attack against fighters let him!

Of course this is really easy to say for non-capship factions.

Headmanager Richardson was seen today showing off for the crowds on liberty the new Aveger series fighters, the latest creation of Agiera technology. These new fighter designs will insure that future pilots will be safe from roving pirate bands, and will have an enjoyable, and survivable future in the face of coming war. He has also bought the prototype Avenger for himself at 110% of the cost, out of his own meager personal salary.

Agiera, in order to offset the rising costs of maintaining itself, will be offering Avenger series fighters. The prices are:

yeah it's legal thank you very much. this actually would be really helpful--we could both transfer designs for every ship to one another. That way, fleets become much more varied and harder to destroy.

@ Codename: please use the wings system. It gets confusing when most factions use it and some don't. The 100 LFs you have in Dresden I'm assuming is 25 LF wings?
