I agree with you, but Jacob chose not to follow the decision, he said it was more a formality and not an actual rule or something, after Arlilas and I both made the arguement for that and you, VD, Arlilas, and I all agreed. Therefore it makes it legal because Jacob is the head honcho. I disagree with a lot of the stuff he does but it is his RPG. And if someone can make the Omega 5- Omega 41 jumholes which are surrounded by minefields that are difficult to fly through in a Titan, they can make any jumphole.

I think that the cap ship/jumphole rule IS a good idea, and I am including in #3. However, the idea was brought up way too late to be implemented in this RPG. How could we just change something that major halfway through the game? The reason I did not let Wilde attack Honshu was because he couldn't reach it in one turn. Never fear, it will be included in 3.0.

To Wilde: I would love to attack you today but it seems Sisko has gone AWOL. Until he moves his fleet or ww2jacob says I can go anyway I'm stuck waiting. Besides I don't want to come anywhere near an emipre overrun by smurfs. Those things are worse than tribles.

Sorry Liberty Has not posted in several days as I was preocupied. Seeing the way things are proceeding Liberty will still honor its commitment to withdrawl from the Sigma-13 system but at the same time will reinforce the New Berlin and Frankfurt systems to fullfill our treaty obligations to Rhineland. (Although they have as yet not handed over any of their warships and hasn't kept the growth of its military limited to two Liberty Battlegroups. if Rhineland continues to build up its forces like this Liberty will be forced to Annex the Rhineland Empire along with Bretonia)

Should any outside power engage Rhineland forces in Rhineland systems Liberty will be forced to respond in force. Our Military forces are already redeploying to Shikoku to better defend our border with Kusari and we have reinforced the Sigma-19 system while at the same time are now no longer allowing non-allied trafic through the system. Only Liberty and Bretonian military forces have the right to transit our space. Non-others. Hispania forces are limited to New California and are no longer allowed travel through Liberty Systems. Violation will mean imeediate seizure of California Minor and shipyards turned over in our previous deal.

Hispania issues a formal protest as that cuts off Magellan from the rest of Hispania, it is the equivalent of us cutting traffic to Sigma 19. It would make it extremely difficult for you. We request we have the right to have vessels bound to an from Magellan be granted passage still especially since we are allowing you similar.
