FR turn 30:

resources:
26 O/ 124 H-F/ 99 F/ 251 H2O/ 3 M
The Freeman's republic is pleased to announce the beginning of it's force rebuilding. The guardian shipworks have just been completed, and will be in full production within a day!
(OOC: Actually, try the top kusari system, there is a jumphole to it marked "Unknown." Should be along the trade route as you head up to the gate construction site, the westbound leg. Trust me, the hole does lead to the arch.)

The BHG are still sworn enemies of Rhineland, and we refuse to recognize them as the "Freeman's Republic". Just so you all know.
Rhineland turn for today...
1. I place 20 LF wings in Frankfurt, 10 in Omicron Alpha, 10 in New Berlin.
2. I build 3 gunboats.
Last turn's researches:
a) LF CA x2
b) LF CD x3
4 exploration parties.
This turn:
a) LF FD x4
1 exploration party sent out.
3. Nothing.
4. I move 2 gunboats and 10 LF wings to Frankfurt.
5. 325 +2675= 3000
commodities left: 320 M/ 515 H-F/ 177 0/ 295 F/ 242 W
To Liberty: Rhineland is sure to be attacked by Kusari if you move your blockade out of Sigma 13. Please keep it there until the threat is no longer existent.
I'll post my ship locations in a bit. I need to go now.
Edit: @ Richardson: I think that's Chugoku you're talking about, and that's controlled by Triyun, so I couldn't get through there either. It's the only system with a jump hole to Tohoku, so...

Turn 31
This turn I will:
A. Place 1 battleship, 2 cruisers, and 4 VHF wings ing Sigma 13 and add them to battlesgroup B
B. Purchase 1 Battleship, 1 cruiser, 2 VHF wings and 1 fighter shipyard.
C. Send 6 Food and 7 Water to Bretonia, and 6 Food, 7 Water to the Gaians.
D. Once Sisko finishes removing his forces I will procede with my forced disarmament of Rheinland. For now my forces remain in Sigma 13 on standby.
Also a warning to Rheinland: while Tokohu is currently uninhabited, Rheinland forces there will not be tolerated. Any other friendly factions are free to build 1 base there so long as they first ask permission. Any additional bases will require a 2 credit per turn property tax.

Remember, VD, Sisko has to POST that he's moving his forces out of Sigma 13. And there's a blockade in there, so unless you have a shipyard in the area you can't move or place anything in that system.
Sisko, keep your forces inside Sigma 13 plleeeeease??!?!
I move all forces in New Berlin and all forces in Stuttgart (minus 3 LF wings per system) to Frankfurt.
Also, I have realized something: you can't send huge capital ships into New Berlin through Sigma 13. There's no jump gate, just a jump hole, and as we have established nothing larger than a gunboat can use a jump hole (I know this because on FL last night I explored Sigma 13 extensively).
Jacob I still have 5 exploration wings...just so you know.

There was a rule about that, that's why jacob ruled that me getting into Honshu was illegal--jump holes are located in debris fields or asteroid fields, which are inhospitable to cruisers, heavy cruisers, destroyers, dreadnoughts, and battleships. Furthermore, the isn't a jump gate. I checked out the whole system from 11-1 last night (looking for codename weapons etc., the system is peppered with them). There's a jump hole, and that's it. The jump hole itself is surrounded by the remains of the Rhineland Imperial fleet from the 80-Year War. Huge ships, plus enumerable debris strands. I'd like to see battleships try to navigate through THAT.
Edit: Dammit, jacob... you weren't supposed to tell him that. Shiezer.
Wow, how come my luck is so goshdarn crappy? At least I have a new planet. That's good. The New system, between Germanii and Dresden, will be named...hmm...Brandenburg. Planet: Kant. (Damn, I'm running out of names. Going to have to rename a bunch of bases...)
by the way, is Planet Kiel in Hamburg terraformable? Or is it a gas planet?
See VD, I was right for the second time in 2 days! I'm like a 24 hour clock--even I'm right once a day
