Alright, I will open the Sirius Peace Confrence.
(Delegates enter to plates full of food.)
Welcome delegates!
I officially open the Sirius Peace Confrence.
Please eat.
(Delegates eat.)

(Delegates finish food.)
I will start with some opening comments.
My name is ww2jacob, and I am the leader of the BHG. As some of you noticed, this is a newly discovered system. We have dubbed it New Greece. It is our new home. Our headquarters is at Athens Base. This planet is used for diplomacy. It is the Headquarters for the Axis of Power. Make yourselves at home here. I ask that no one leaves this planet until the Confrence is officially closed.
Our first topic of discussion will be regarding the FA.
The FA has made it clear that they are pulling out of the Hisp. Allience, but they wish to remain neutral with everyone. The BHG has a proposal for them.
Our proposal is:
If the FA will:
Pull out of the HA
Remain neutral with us
Be represented at all Axis meetings
Give back any BA systems you own (I can't remember if you have any)
and
Pull their forces out of Leeds
then we will:
Remain neutral with you
Give you control of all Kusari systems
and
Help you rebuild your military
Anyone can feel free to add to it

The other topic is regarding the GMG.
I want them to take control of our of our Super Fuel mining. They could build stations and gas miners here to mine this incredible resource. The BHG has not the experience, nor the resources to mine this effectivly. We could also build ststions for you here. We want to hear what all of you think about this idea, and whether the GMG is willing to assist.
Please give your opinions on these.

ooc- I am working on the mathamatical version of solving this, so i will post my results ASAP.

If you throw a cat out a car window does it become kitty liter?
If it's tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
Why did kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
Why do people who know the least know it the loudest?

is a diplomat from the blod dragons here for i am willing to propose something for them

Post Sat Sep 25, 2004 3:04 pm

I am King Bret Bretonian.

Thank you ww2jacob for the summoning of this council. Bretonia is happy to be here among friends.

The Bretonian empire is pleased by the FA choice of neutrality. Through the gaining of Kusari and their resorces, the Kingdom Of Bretonia wishes for the FA to leave Planet Harris and Tau-29.

Full details can't be disclosed right now as to the reason why we want Tau-29, but rest assuered, the FA will be greatly rewarded. As a gift from Bretonia, we offer you two of our prototype "Paladin" VHF. The loadout of the "Paladin" has been a closely guarded secret by the BAF for a long time. It boasts 10 weapons hardpoints, two torpedo hardpoints, a mine hardpoint and can support cloaking and high end shields. The 120000 armour rating of the Paladin is something we are very proud of. In addition to the Paladins themselves, we will give you the prototype cruise disruptor "Dragonfly", the Photonic Cannon "Destaibilizer" and the Torpedo "Recutter"

With the recapture of Leeds and the rest of the former Bretonian colonies, the BHG, Rheinland and Liberty, will all be greatly rewarded for the help you have shown us in our darkest of hours.

While we would have liked a peaceful end through diplomacy over the Leeds confilict with the Hispanic Alliance, the actions and motives of these criminals cannot go un-judged.

The GMG would be delighted to take over the Super Fuel mining operations. What's in it for us....?

To Federal Police: We are anxious to see the return of Gas Miner Ogashawa to GMG control. Perhaps after the leeds battle, you could shift your attentions to the Outcasts and their movements. We can send a gift of 50 fighters and 1000 litres of oil to aid you in the movement.

FA: we are please that you are considering leavin the dreaded HA, also we have a offer for you and the blood dragons, if you agree to become a lawful member of the axis rhienland will assit you and the blood dragons in taking over Kusarri, and placing your own goverment!

GMG: thank your for the ships, what you wanted is now yours

BHG: thank you for welcoming us to the summit, we hope our friendship will last

The Alliance can leave Planet Harris and Tau 31 ( NOT tau 29 ). But we were planing to move to the Galiaeo system and set up a trading port instead of taking over Kusari.

@DS- Sorry, but there is no BD diplomat here.
@Wilde- We would give you Orcas and the materials to produce them as our gift. Not to mention, you would also have access to all of the Super Fuel you need.

OKAY! I have FINALLY finished the Battle of Leeds.
Here are the results. PLEASE remember that these are not official, because Outcast must approve them, but they are what the numbers say. However, the numbers aren't everything. So feel free to change them, Outcast. Keep in mind also that these are NOT biased in any way shape or form. I merely did the math.
Final result:
Victory for the Axis of Power
Defeat for the Hispanic Allience
Survivors:
Axis-
1 Ultimate Supreme Warship
23 U. Warships
49 Warships (5 RH, 44 BHG)
22 Battleships (15 RH, 5 LI, 2 BA)
1 Command Carrier
400 UHF (Great Whites)
124 VHF (84 BHG, 40 LI)
52 HF (6 BHG, 22 BA, 24 RH)
12 LF (2 BHG, 5 RH, 5 BA)
Hispania- (Retreat)
40 Cruisers (2 Cors., 38 Out.)
64 Gunboats (Outcast)
23 ABB (Outcast)
447 AHF (Outcast)

Story of the Battle of Leeds:
The battle opens with the BHG on the South side of Leeds, and the Hispanics on the North side. The House Forces are on the dark (Southeast) side of Leeds, building the RH base. The first volley is only between the Hispanics and the BHG. It is at long range. There are not a lot of hits, and the BHG gets more. Then, the RH Biowep is fired at the planet, and the House fleets join the BHG before the next salvo. The fleets are closing distance, and this one is at medium range. Fighters get into a dogfight in between the fleets. This salvo is disastrous for the Hispanics. The high powered Axis weapons tear through their capital ships. All Capital ships are destroyed for the HA. However, the Axis takes heavy losses as well. Their fleet is hit hard, with many, many battleships and warships getting destroyed. The fighter battle is very, very intense. However, the Axis fighters and cruisers manage to barely hold off the bombers, but losses are very high. The remaining Hispanic fighters flee back towards the remaining ships in their fleet. The cruisers and support ships charge the Axis fleet to assist the fighters, but by the time they arrive, the remaining HA fighters are retreating. The cruisers make a 180 degree turn, because they cannot fight the Axis capital ships. As they run, the Axis cap ships get three good salvos at them, and many of them are killed. The remaining HA fleet retreates to Tau-31.

There you go, the mathamatical answer to the battle. Again, this is UNBIASED! So please, let's not get into a flame war over this! Plus, this isn't even the actual outcome, but I do HIGHLY encourage Outcast 1-1 to use this, at least as a guide. I created this by mainly using the formula I posted a few posts back.
So I hope the Axis is happy. (We should be)
And that the HA accepts it. (Again, it is whatever Outcast says it is.)

firstly we have rift technology so we can jump anywere to anywere and he is using math to determine it and it is not final, outcast makes the last call

Post Sat Sep 25, 2004 8:20 pm

Yes, I knew about the rift technology. If you are going to be so picky, then I admit to that mistake. Our ships did leave Leeds after the battle using the rifts.
As for the sabatoging of our fleets, I saw nothing about that in your posts. I could have missed it, but the only thing I saw was that your whole force was being used to destroy the jump gate, and if you changed it, then its not exactly fair because you aren't supposed to know about our plans, so you would have just assumed that we would have no way of escaping.
Thanks for you approval DS. It took me over two hours to figure out. There was a considerable amount of math involved. But, I have two algebra classes under my belt, so it wasn't too difficult.

To Rainbow Dragon:
I hope I got what you intended. I removed all FA forces from the Leeds Battle, and did not factor them in to the calculations. I hope this is what you wanted, since you said recently that you wanted them pulled out.

I will accept this if outcast chooses to make this the official results. But might i ad one thing?
You stated that corsair crusirs were destroyed, but they were never at leeds only corsair fighters were involved. The cap. ships remained behind a durham. DId you also factor in the corsairs advansed wepons? sorry its just those are the only things i thought were wrong with it, other wise like i said i will accept this result

Post Sat Sep 25, 2004 11:39 pm

Works for me, ill say the story of the Alliance pull out layer

Post Sun Sep 26, 2004 5:06 am

I have no problems with this.

However, its going to be very difficult to factor in weaponary that *we* have created. Along with our ships. Because whats to stop someone *creating* an uber ship which can destroy sirius?

IMO we need to have some form of restriction on fleet sizes and technologies.

Otherwise this could well happen:

IMG fleet posts first - 200 ships
BMM posts second - 800 ships

The IMG are fighting the BMM and will lose. This is what i'm trying to get at. This will then be a cause for flaming which we don't want.

People's thoughts?
