In light of a recent proposal by the BHG to meet on planet troy, our King has sent his finest diplomat to aid in discussons of peace with the Hispanic alliance.

Bretonia will be delighted to meet on Troy. However, as discussed previously, nothing but the return of Leeds, Cambridge, Dublin and Edinburgh will satisfy the monarchy and requests this be part of the discussions outlined by the talks.

To everyone:Liberty will participate in the conference. Howewer, any attack against Liberty delegates will be met with swift and brutal retribution. The Liberty delegation will compose of representativs from various branches of Liberty government. Command Carrier Ares, 3 battleships and 12 cruisers will escort the delegates. Also, 2nd Strike Fleet has been completed. It is composed of two command carriers, 12 battleships and 48 cruisers.

To BHG:
We already have trade lanes and jump gates. Also the houses are more violent then us so how can you say we are not an officail house. Just because it took us a lot longer to get organized, due to the hispania's sabotage, is no reason to exclude us. We shall give no systems back and we will not be going to new greece. We are interested in talking about a "revamping" of house Kusari. At the conference, we are hoping to discuss plans to give you and possibly the BD complete control of Kusari. Since you are intersted in leaving Hispania, then this could be a good offer for you. That way, we could be an force with all four houses, as well as the BHG and GMG. Then we could all crush Hispania together!
