My copy from Gamesmarket just turned up. I am 3 hours west of Sydney, so you people in Capitals citys should already have it.
My local Harvey Norman store doesn't expect stock to turn up until Friday.
I am happy, but now I am stuck at work with a game on my desk that I can't play for another 5 hours.

Got mine too. Went to Harvey Norman, didn't bother with EB. HN had plenty of copies too, in Ballarat. Picked up a Sidewinder Gamevoice too, which is fantastic! I've already mapped almost every keyboard command to it, meaning I only have to speak 'Missile' and it's launched! Best 70 bucks I ever spent. Oh, and the game seems ok too. Runs smoothly, looks nice, nothing too spectacular yet, but I've only played for an hour or so.

Wow, this is a long thread. You must be really antsy for this thing.

I'm sure it'll show up on shelves just as it should. Hope you've got a lot of hours to put aside for it.

Got my preordered copy this morning, had to carry it around the hospital all day just itching to play it (wasn't about to leave it sitting in my car )

About to get started

Cya next year!

Calis, It is not really that strange. Stocks of most games in country areas do tend to be slow to show up. That is why I ordered it online. With free postage for preorders and express shipping, it can arrive up to 2-3 days earlier then any stores in town.
What I hate is not that there are delays in getting the stocks, but that they constantly lie about the release dates. I was told that the offical release date was Friday, even though I knew it was Tuesday.

Picked up my copy today (Thursday, lunchtime) from Harvey Norman in the Brisbane CBD. They had plenty of copies left at the time.

EB was sold out - no more stock until next week. Games Clearance Centre (top of Myer Centre) said they'd have it tomorrow.
