Weapons are harder to tally. Between the guns from house millitary, police, bounty hunter, civilian, outlaw, special prototypes, and a few dropped by ET's cousins, there are a hundred at least. However, many of them are identical, except in name and the pretty colors they spew out. --- VH16

i downloaded freelancer explore and i acuonted all the weapons in the game
and there are 568 weapons if i am not wrong

There are 7 types of guns (laser, neutron, particle, plasma, photon, pulse, and tachyon) and 3 types of sheilds (Gravitron, postitron, molecular). Several factions make guns, including all four houses, LMB, Rogues, Outcasts, Corsairs, GMG, IMG, Bounty Hunters, Red Hessians, Bundshuh, Zoners, Hogosha, Gaian, GC, and Xenos. There are exactly 145 different guns and 90 shields. --- VH16
