I was on a certain traderoute too, when I entered Honshu. This was in MP and I was teamed-up with some dude with a Humpy and he just received an ICQ message and I was typing some smart@ss comment about it when I suddenly saw a few corsairs on my scanner. I figured I could finish typing in time to get away save...I figured wrong
I got blown to space-dust in a few shots and respawned at New Berlin! with no money at all! I spend it at all at Diamonds wichwere obviously lost in the blast.
My buddy never saw any of it, he jumped after I respawned, so no baddies and no Diamonds

Edit: I forgot to say, I was in a Patriot

I am hated by every criminal faction, get on great with everyone else or am neutral. Me and my Humpy (sounds like a song!!) cruise the space lanes and I never get trouble in Reinland! (maybe I smell!) Here's to the greatest Police state in FL!!

you get jumped there as much as anywhere else

Only time Ive ever been jumped is at the ring when delivering niobium. Hamburg is a very different story. Frgging Unioners hawks everywhere.

- ok, I get jumped when exiting The Ring by either Bundschuh, Hessians or Unioners.
- When I leave planet New Berlin, there is always (always!) a junker docking. Since I'm most of the time totally red with junkers it used to scare the hell out of me, but they just dock and don't attack.
- In Frankfurt, I get hacked or jumped at least twice by Hessians and/or Bundschuh and/or Unioners at the bases (forgot the names). Also a few corsairs hang out there.
- Sigma 13 is mostly save except for the occasional Outcast or Corsair lanehacking.
- Honshu, I allways get jumped by Corsairs when I'm near the Honshu >> Sigma 13 jumpgate. No matter if I'm comming out of the tradelane or out of the jumpgate.
- New Tokyo is probably the savest system for me, because I'm at least neutral with all the faction there, both criminal and non criminal.

i have no same systems anymore... only omega-5 where r no hunters/cops/navy or non-criminal... but those damned mines........

i fly moslty around in my stiletto... did that also with the defender (but the cost of my ammo was a little high after div 43 missions... i get payed 240k and ammo/repair cost where around 180k , so i was only 80k richer... with the stiletto is my ammo/repair cost a little lower, 90k)...

if ur a non-criminal and r hostile with all criminals then is for me tokyo the safest system... all GMG-systems r also save co'z the GMG have the bestest non-criminal gun... but i blast mostly gmg away for getting their guns (yes, i know where their bases r and where i can buy the guns... but i like the fight against them better )

To does rheinland do it? Theres only one battleship and thats all. still the safest system in the game. The most dangerous is omicron with sabres and titans

I've had myself in a position where I was only hostile the GC's, at one point. I wasn't getting jumped anywhere, almost.

I dunno... I find Kusari to be safest... but somehow im on good terms with the blood dragons there so thats probly why, they seem to be the most active

I think Rheinland rules. It's cool, especielly when the Nom... erm, when they move their whole army in Sig... um, yes, when they move their whole armada.

And i'm always being good with the Hessians. They're cool, i think. Then you can do your Trade runs, without the treath from 'em.
