Perhaps my point was misunderstood?
If you are through with the game then so be it. But I must assume, you did buy the game to play it right?
So if you own it anyway, then why not let the game rest for a while and then revisit it? What is the harm in trying out new ships, weapons, or trying to find all the secrets? I didn't mean to imply you should do it if you don't want to!
While many are disapointed in the SP story line, too simple, Blah, blah, blah, blah
As I suggested before, try it in a freighter or the very first light fighter you could purchase, sure you know the story and all the plot lines but how many movies have you seen again just because you wanted to get something different out of it the 2nd or 3rd time? Even a so so movie has a different spin the second time around (even if all you do is look for bloopers).
Perhaps for some of you it is not worth the time to revisit the game. OK I can understand that but for others myself as an example I rather enjoy just sitting down and playing for the hour or so I have after a long day at work and losing myself in exploration and such.
And by the way I do have a life! A real one! The joy of business ownership keeps me working an average of 70 hours a week. So as you can tell I am up late because I am working on books while others are in bed sleeping. I visit this forum because I like to see what others have found good and bad with their own experiences in the game.
Gaming is a release that should not be underestimated by anyone. Don't like the game then move on, they make hundreds of titles a year some great, some good, some bad. Just because I like it I don't expect everyone else to. That is reality at it's best.
Just some observations from the edge of space!
