liquid steel... the problem with using countermeasures to avoid getting hit by a cruise disruptor is first off, they move at i think 700m/s, which is moer than twice as fast as u are in cruise, and if fired from afterburner, thats 900m/s, 3 times faster than you!!
also, they have a large blast radius for disruption, obivuously or else they would get say within 10 m, explode, and in that time they stop and explode you would already be more than 20-80 meters away... just like in IW2:EOC and IW1, the LDSI (Linear displacement system - equivalent of cruise, just much faster - inhibition) missiles could affect you from very far away, and moved VERY VERY fast... (like FTL but im not sure...)
my advice is just shoot everyone, and then shoot the enemies of your enemies if u need to, or just shoot EVERYONE and to hell with your rep...
