hi @ all

i have the same problem like al-khazzar

the modmaker could not find the shiparch.ini

in the "ships" folder (Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\WTS-World-V-1-2\Data\Ships) there is no shiparch.ini!!!!!

it looks like the file is missed in the mod archive....
the mod manager could not copy the mod files correctly without the shiparch.ini

plz folks, install FLSDK 1st into yours Freelancer gamedirectory

I have the same problem than ig2000.

I´ve installed FSDK 1.3 first, the Mod is correctly installed, your update is correctly installed, using ModManager beta 9, Mod is activated correctly.

But: If I start Freelancer, I see the starting screen, but then the game quits back to desktop. I can´t start the game!

Using WinXP, no other mods are running.

I have the same problem, but in my particular case, the crasht to desktop its cause by OpenSPv1. Other Non-story mod works ok, I think... The one Im using to replace OpenSPv1 is the one included on FLMM beta 9, wich is non-story till lvl3... Then the game goes as usual...

sometimes your save games cause the crash when you're on star-up screen

Already deleted savegames, and the game does the same thing... Crashes to desktops everytime I start the game with the OpenSPv1 and WTS World.

Hey Crabtree, I just want to say that I think WTS is the best compilation mod out there, and have been anxiously anticipating V1.2, checking your developmentstate webpage for progress. This mod has the best ship designs I've seen in a Freelancer mod, superb detail, and all those who had a part in their creation are very talented. Haven't had any problems yet, the mod has worked perfect since installation, and after reading the posts in this topic I guess I must be lucky. This mod has given me reason to play through the game again (and believe me, that's saying something with all the hours I have given to this game), and just wanted to let you know that your hard work is being appreciated, keep it up!

Well, some bugs discovered.
1.Tradelane from Kharam to Dhouwa outpost crashes server. I tried several times with same result.
2. The Phoenix fighter cost 10 mill+ while the Minbari Cruiser is less then half.
3. Minbari Flyer takes 350 cargo, the card says 750. 350 cargo takes half the hold, something is taking up the rest of the hold. And there's something wrong with the hardpoints.
4. Vorlon Transport takes 500 cargo, just as before. The card says 875.

Apart from this, it's all very nice and well done. I have been around most of it, and met some "old" friends. They were as happy as ever to see me, lol. Looking forward to continue my journey.

nice to hear that so many enjoy the new versions. Now to the mentioned things

i installed Sdk, Flmm beta 9 and the mod + the bugfix and nothing change so i´m still a little lose what shall i do B4 this Mod will work i´m geting despera!!!

hi folks,

well i think this is aproblem with the Savegames in SinglePlayer folder located in c:\my documents\my games\freelancer\acct\singleplayer, move them to an othe location so that the folder is empty, yours starting probs should be solved then.

Crabtree - tell them in a readme to use FLMM's function of first - deleteing autosave, and then second, using the tools option again inside FLMM, use the "go to save games" and simply select all and delete.

I say this, because (as usual ) it seems that 90% of poeple posting will be those that just need to do this and use the sdk or reinstall FL. By the way, this isn't aimed at Crabtree at all - but to everyone else who is posting about a crash before actually playing the game. DO this, and it will work.

Thats it. Thanks for this solution. Autosave deleted, savegames saved on a different folder. And now it works!

Had the same problem. Follow the solution that chips has posted!! Delete autosave (in the FLMM) and transfer your saved games to another folder, so that the original folder is empty.
