I have downloaded your final Version of 1.27. Did you have changed the values of the wreck commodities? For example the commidities of the wreck in Florida (near Tampa Base) now has only a value of 200 credits (and this only in Manhatten)!?

It would be great, if you could include some new ships (that would be available in the storyline too - but only ships that match with the freelancer universe), some new equiptment (like in the rebalance mod) and more of your great systems in version 1.28. Also it would be nice, if the NPC would drop a little bit more equiptment (not too much, but some other things than waepons and thrusters) and if the cargo space would be a little bit larger (for example: LF: 20, MF: 25, HF: 30, VHF: 40).

Thanks for this great mod. Waiting impatiently for version 1.28.

@Cardamine - I would give credits mention for thinking up the name, but if i was going to do that it would a) Cheapen the relevance of those that let me use models being mentioned in the same paragraph, and also i would have to start thanking all the people who ever said anything to help me/read their threads about it...etc.etc

@Lars - thankyou - there are more things - don't worry. Am troubleshooting right now though - and it could take a few days to find what went wrong we are still working on 1.28 hoping to get it done in around 2 weeks or so.

CHIPS, I have to say this, what a bl**dy GREAT mod.

I only play singleplayer at the moment but when my m8 is home from college we link up through LAN and play multi, i've not played much of the game (yet) but so far no probs and i felt i just had to add my thought about your mod.
As for the people who wine about the difficulty, well... all i have to say is this, if you play the game long enough you'll get better at it and learn how to fight against each type of people, i won't say how i do it as it's a bit unothodox and a spoiler to people who read this. I don't cheat or use other mods with this one as i feel it's fine on it's own.
I have just one request though, would it be possible to add a few Startrek and Babylon 5 ships to the next version or the one after as i enjoy flying these types.

LOVE THIS MOD!!! Chips, you are a modding GOD! I love the Florida system. Difficulty was daunting at first, but fell into cargo runs and mining silver. Now this is the life.

A few comments though. Why (and not just in this mod) do players start with people loving them and hating them. I think everyone should start neutral so they can choose what side they want. I personally like pirating, but it is so hard to swing the pirates to likeing you.

I also have a few friends that would like Porsches Star Wars ShipPack in here, but it is not compatible. Maybe an add-on mod to allow this. Or maybe you can explain who to add them manually. I'd like to learn and there are several places to sell them left, maybe only in the new systems.

But otherwise I love this mod. Great job, Chips.

I'm not arguing with you on the neutrality one way or the other, just making a statement.

Could you imagine how much harder it would be to trade in the early going if you weren't green with anyone?

I figure that you should start with enough money, or maybe allow a one time really low bribe for the faction of your choice. I simply mean what have I ever done to make anyone shoot at me on sight. Doesn't make much since. I can accept that they want my cargo and stuff, but to shoot on sight? Maybe if I earned that honor by killing some of them or something.

Just an opinion, it's not like I will quit playing or anything.

Think its due to the fact that you actually start AFTER the storyline kind of you are allied with the cops etc at the start. For MP i can change this if you think it will be a popular thing.............but am unconvinced - for one, there would be NOTHING to fear in any system, so i garuntee everyone will fly everywhere to hit the wrecks for money.....there would be no reason to start in manhatten

U got a point! I been gettin better at finding the bribe places anyway, and it is actually possible to be at least neutral with everyone. Given your point, i agree with leaving things like they are. It may cost alot of money and I may die alot first, but I can earn the same effect with time.

sorry if someone already asked (didnt feel like reading 12 pages of stuff right now)

but howcome when i fininsh downloading v1.27 of freelancer evolution and i click on it to install (in latest flmm version mod file already) it says that it cant find the central directory or that i was trying to load the last disk in a multi disk drive or something like that

can you reply with answer chips plz???

Where did you download it from. If you didn't get it form, then try it from there before you get too worried.
