Thank you, I hope to hear everything is fixed, I am also in the process of replaying the SP msyelf again hehe.

I just finished mission 4 in SP checking to see if the mission 4 bug was fixed and it is, no crashes at all. Escaping liberty was hard as hell though, I think I made the AI a little too tough hehe.

i didnt notice that 1.4 was out at the time of my last post. i still havent ran into anyone with a whitestar or vorlon pk but ill post when i find out if i still cant see em. btw, AWESOME MOD!!!

If your game crashes when you leave manhattan using the 1.4 patch.

1: Try deelting your save-games
2: try deleting autosave.fl

if that doesnt work

delete all versions of reynenmod
reinstall 1.2 into flmm
patch to 1.4
reactivate and try.

If that doesnt work try running your game without the mod, the original
freelancer game might be corrupt.

I am seriously considering getting rid of teh battleships since people WON'T listen and NOT play them in single player. They are also maddly abused in MP. They are getting to be more trouble then they are worth.

turns out i just needed to turn the performance up to see the ships i couldnt. dont get rid of battleships either! they make the game so cool! keep up the good work

thx Reynen for this GREAT MOD again and also for teh 1.4 patch.

However, I have found that the shield infocards are still not fixed. This is a minor issue but sometimes it really confuses me as the label on the equipment is different from the one on the infocard.

Also, about the gunboat turret hardpoints. Previously you said that if people wishes to unmount the shadow beam from a shadow ship and equip something else, then that's their problem. I totally agree with that. However, when asked the same thing about gunboats, you said that people should not be allowed to mount lev. 1-9 turrets on them because it will make the gunboat able to fire continously for a very long time. I respect your opinion but I disagree. My reasons are:

1. All the ships (except capital) can mount equipment equal or lower than the hardpoint level. Take, for instance, the starflier you get when you start a new game. That ship (when mounted with three lev.3 punishers [the starting equipment), will be able to fire continously forever. If this choice of mounting equipment is available to all ships but capital, then why won't you allow them for capital ships?

2. Not allowing lev.1-9 turret/guns (depending on the ship) on shadow ships is fine because it comes with fully preloaded equipment. However, the gunboats only come preloaded with one main turret. The rest are vacant slots. What if the player doesnt even HAVE any lev. 10 turrets. Does that mean that the player will have to fight with two guns/missiles and one main gun?

Anyways, this is your mod, so you're in charge. The above points were only suggestions. If you like them, incorporate them. If you dont, just say you dont and I'll forget about it. (dont worry I wont get mad )

P.S. plz dont throw away the battleships. They make the game ALOT more interesting (combined with other capital ships)

A few things:

1. Why can't I buy upgrades and stuff in the new york bases. I can only see Nano Bots and Shield Batts. (I have a Tie Fighter)

2. Please remove that black hole. It's hard to focus on the action with that turning. Just use a nomad gate or an jumphole instead.

Finewolf: The upgrades are only available in the Nexus. this is intentional.
The wormhole has never been complained about before (except regarding direction of rotation). I believe it will stay.,

I am sorry that I have annoyed you to such a point that you are getting tired of hearing from me. I had no intention to do that. As I said before, take my ideas if you like them, throw them out if you dont. Now, lets forget about the gunboat thing so we both will be happy not arguing.

For the sheilds, I was referring to all of them except capital ship shields. The infocards' information is right, its how you assigned them is wrong.

The level 1 light shield's infocard displays lev.10 light shield info.
The level 2-10 light shields' infocards displays lev. 1-9 heavy shields info respectively.
The level 1 heavy shield's infocard displays lev.10 heavy shield info.
The level 2-10 heavy shields' infocards displays lev. 1-9 freighter shield info respectively.
The level 1 freighter shield's infocard displays lev. 10 freighter shield info.
The level 2-10 freighter shields' infocards displays nothing.

Stuff is only available in the nexus for a reason. The blackholes will stay also, alot of people asked for them. I know some of them spin WAY to fast, that is a bug that wil lbe fixed in the new version.

As for missions 4....yes I think I might have made the AI bit to hard. What ship where you flying?

I have to agree with the targeting bugs on certain ships, the shield info cards, and one other thing that TheMachine spoke about in reference to the unlimited energy. I noticed last night on my server that one of my squadmates "cheated" legally. He went to Norfolk Shipyard and bought a Rheinland BB and then he went to the Battleship Yukon, stripped the energy core out of the BB, and placed it into the Slave 1. He had unlimited firepower and it just wasn't cool to the rest of us (He got slagged really bad for his transgressions, then banned). Just though you'd like to know about this one. No other problems after 27 hours of play! Greatest combo of mods yet Rey!

i have the same problem with dieing at mission 4 before i can have time to do anything
