when i was in the middle of creating a new system FlE crashed. Now i'm not able to start it, even when i delete and re-install it. Any suggestions where my mistake is?

Even my FlE broke down when I was making a new system!!
I got Windows 98.
Can anyone help me?

Check the FLE.ini in the windows directory and see if all paths are correct.

hey shsan, awesome tool, ive jsut ahving some problems with character creation and missions

Whatever i do i cant get them to appear, next to their name it says bar (for the room) and ive got new rumours and everything, but all it shows is the bartender.. help?

Also this may be a bit off topic, but is there anyway to 'merge' 2 mods as Im workingon one and id like drivable battleships, but they arent complatible (even if they still work together). Plus I dont want players to have to download and acitivate 2 seperate mods.. any ideas?

Also just a request. do you think you could incorporate a faction creator? Thanks.

NEED HELP!!
I placed a new character in a base and, when I actived my Mod ALL the names were lost (bases, planets, the character's name and its rumor).
What Can I Do???

I was just wondering... how long is it SUPPOSED to take to get through a jumphole? I place a jumphole with FLE leading from the New York system to the Alaska system, and it appeared in the game. When I entered it however, I was caught in an endless loop. The Jump Hole never ended. Does anybody have any ideas?

res0za58, this probably means that the jumphole zone is missing from the destination system.

I think i had that when i was starting to write the program. However i don't see how that could have happened now.

Did you delete the destination jumphole by mistake ?

Not trying to sound rude, But did you do this on the demo version of Freelancer, Beacause i herad thtas what happens when people add jump holes/gates in the demo.

If its not that then i dunno...

Hey Shsan,

I think i've found a few problems, when I added tradelane traffic I get bumped from the server when testing the mod.
Then adding zone-population I get an error message invalid string, with what ever I try.
Create infocards option isnt working either. I think it would be easy if there would be a help in the program explaining stuff like this.
Also when setting other objects and make the nearest base parent the appearance often comes out wrong. How does this work.. x y z ?
Adding patrols gives an server bump too.

This is the message I get from Zone population and tradelane traffic : invalid parameter.
